They finished the job and sent a bill via email for over $1000. He said they had to call the water company to shut the water off and had to wait for them. I don't think they should charge me for the down time when they knew in advance it involved the main line coming into the house. I would not trust a quote from them unless you are ok with paying double.

He checked everything and no leak could be found in the house. He said he would come back the next day, Monday early and work on it some more. He found it wasn't leaking coming into the house. He put on a shut off valve in my crawl space which helped isolate the issue. Turns out he loves to BBQ and loves the Kentucky Derby. Mr. Kennedy is a very nice person. The two owners came out and serviced our 2 furnaces. I am not sure what they done for the short time they were there but the furnaces seem to be working fine.
