After trying another local carpet cleaning service and having them cancel on me the DAY of my appointment because they couldn't get through the commercial gate at Eglin AFB I looked around YELP and found Great White. I'm glad I did. After hearing my horror story and fear that they'd also cancel on me because of the commercial gate they reassured me on the phone that they'd still service my house. The carpet technician that came was awesome, he arrived a little late but mostly because the commercial gate had a huge line, it's a hazard for living on base, but he didn't cancel on me. I only needed the carpets done this time around and got a great price for services. Joshua Berard the technician was quick, friendly, and answered a few of my nerdy carpet cleaning questions. Other services that Great White Cleaning has is carpet, tiles, grout, and upholstery. I definitely will use this service for annual cleanings just to make sure my house is still clean. Texted and called multiple times to find status of mower with no reply. Today (4/7) got a call with an estimate of the cost and that it would be another week to be repaired. I was told that I should come and see all the mowers that they have on site which would explain why mine was missed. Declined the offer and I'll get the mower repaired elsewhere instead. If I ever get it back - delivery is scheduled for next Friday.
