I told her from the start that I want everything back like it was once the install was complete. She looked me in the eyes and said it will be. The installer showed on my appointment date and stated he would have to pull my pavers up but he doesn't put them back as they were. I asked when does the person come to do that and he stated no one will. The salesman called and tried to pressure me into the installation. I stated the pavers will need to be fixed or I'll be out that money. Nothing but sales pitch from that point on about how fresh our water will be. Wasted my time and the installers. The only positive with the whole experience was the installer. He was upfront and honest which I appreciated.

I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.
