Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services. After scheduling an appt. for 8/14, we arrived at home a week before and found an individual with a…read morevan in our drive surveying our home, who said he was told to arrive that day. We informed him our appt. was not until the 14th and he complained about the scheduling dept. We requested whole house duct cleaning, pus dryer vent cleaning. The tech clamped a hose from the vacuum machine and started the unit stating would take 30 minutes to deep clean. We noticed the hose to the machine was crimped and machine obviously straining as it was not pulling any air from the vents. The tech (Ron) said that was OK, it would still clean but we proved it wasn't working so he said we would only have to pay for the dryer vent cleaning, which he had only collected about a hand full of lint from. So we paid for that ($79). We would definitely not use this service again. Very poor value and waste of our time and money.

Roger rearranged his schedule to change out the unit during our availability so that my wife and baby would not have to wait in the heat. He even was willing to work on a Saturday if needed. He arrived on time and got the job done faster than anticipated. I think it took him an employee less than 3 hours to change out both the inside and outside units. The air in my house is blowing colder than it ever has. I was completely satisfied with the job he did as well as the price and I will continue to use him in the furfure.

Just decided it was time to replace the AC unit, heat pump, and all lines in our Florida home. The…read morecurrent unit is over 25 years old and starting to nickel and dime us with repairs, (capacitor $50, freon refill $250) and the increased efficiency, (lower electric bills) and the fact that the new 2 1/2 ton unit will be about one third as noisy........it's time. Roger offered me two prices, one for a Bryant unit, and a lesser costing option, a Brohn brand name for $500 less. His installation timing is less than a week out, should be done this coming Friday. After doing research, the only way I can go cheaper is if I hire individuals with no established business, non licensed. It may be for some but that's not the way for me to go because if there are issues with operation, 10 year warranty work is not always available or possible. A licensed heat and air company will have insurance (in case they accidentally burn your house down) and warranty work will always be an option (10 years) the savings of $700 is just not worth it. Roger explained everything and was available for and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed to or voice any concerns. After initial contact and discussion Roger was not pushy and gave me adequate time to make a decision and do research. I was quoted as much as $2,000 more by other companies for exact and similar units. Be forewarned, shop around. I'll do another update once unit is installed, has run a while, and I get over that chunk of money it took to replace the unit.

Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work. All I can say now is HAPPY HOUSE HAPPY SPOUSE. Thank so much guys for everything.
