Arriving at 5:00 AM for a 7:05 AM flight, we walked into total chaos. A shortage of ticket agents created huge lines, with staff agents resorting to shouting out specific destinations every few minutes to pull panicking passengers forward whose flights were actively boarding.Between check-in delays and an unsympathetic TSA officer at security, we nearly missed our plane. Lucky for me, Gina answered the phone. She was a calming voice, who found a driver that had just dropped off another customer not far from the pickup address. She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call.

But since there weren't many flights out of terminal A, they closed the lounge. What!?! It's accessible by both terminals, and there are so few other food and beverage options. As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. While it was convenient, it was by far more expensive than any other place in town or what we have paid in the past. The daily rate was so much we just paid for a whole month, even though we only needed 10 days, because it ended up being cheaper at the end. However it was convenient for us to go and get anything we needed to our camper and you get an access card to go in and out whenever you need. There is security in the form of a wall around the facility with barbed wire at the top, and all tenants have the option to get an access card.
