I called Destination MCO early one morning, desperate to find one-way transportation for family members evacuating the gulf coast prior to Hurricane Milton. Lucky for me, Gina answered the phone. She was a calming voice, who found a driver that had just dropped off another customer not far from the pickup address. She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call. read more

Just watched one of your drivers blow through a 4 way stop right next to your headquarter offices during a high traffic time in that area. Then they made the left to turn into your parking lot and cut directly in front of oncoming traffic. No regard for anyone else on the road. read more

So I have used a lot of other services in and out of Orlando and Destination MCO is definitely the best! Had to go out of town for business and called them last minute! They sent a car to my house and the driver Younnes was a complete professional. Helped with my bags and opened the door for me. I forgot my reading glasses and he turned around for me without hesitation and I was able to retrieve them. I cut it short at the gate but that was my error. He helped me to the curbside check in and asked if I needed any other assistance and I let him know I was all set. He was very pleasant. Since my trip was an overnight stay only I did require a return service the next day and the reservationist at D. MCO was terrific and accomatating. I'm sure lots of people book last minute but they had complete ease with it. I requested Younnes again but he was sadly off that day. However she sent me Hector and he was just as great! He was waiting for me at arrivals of Orlando Airport with a cool little sign on an iPad with my name on it. Much nicer than the Mears people next to him with a hand written sign! I arrived home after a quick business trip and was refreshed with the water they provided and my body was relaxed because the car was a Cadillac with plenty of leg and arm space! Whenever my travels take me to Orlando, I know I can rely on the team at Destination MCO to get me where I'm going safely, and reliably. Their vehicles are great, and their chauffeurs are very gracious, but the biggest factor to me is trust. I travel a ton, and I need to know that my vehicle will be where it says it's going to be, early. That is always the case with Destination MCO. I can't recommend them enough. read more

I scheduled my tour of the city with the company a month in advance with the resort I was staying. I received confirmation everything was go. A month later, my wife and I had a wonderful day and evening celebrating our 16 anniversary. My wife had a nice dress and high heels. It was raining off and on outside. I told her let finish our meal (resort restaurant) and head out. She ask are we walking around somewhere; do I need to change my shoes. I told her no you do not need change your shoes and just wait and see. The car and the driver arrives while my wife and I wait in front of the resort. The fact the car was a limo which I did not request, it took me a couple minutes before I asked the driver was he waiting for me. He was waiting for me and based on the information he received, he expected 15 people. I explained to him it was just me and the wife and I was not expecting a limo. He ask what do I want to do. I look at him puzzled and explain to him I want to tour the city. He explained that he that Orlando was not that type of city to tour so he recommended taking us to City Walk. Not really familiar with City Walk and the driver for some reason cannot drive us around the city, I said sure. The driver drove for about 20 minutes to City Walk and dropped us off. He gave us his phone number to call him to pick us up. My wife in her high heels and I spent about 2 hours at City Walk. We called the driver to pick us up and it took him 20 minutes to arrive while we waited in the rain at a bus stop. 20 minutes ride back to the hotel and the driver dropped us off. The next working day for Karen, my concierge, I called her and let her know I was not happy with the service and explained to her what happened. She called the company and they told her they will give a significant discount. 45 days later, I was billed for $528 which was not a discount. I called Karen back to let her know I was charged. She fought the issue for me as well I fought the issue. The company offered a 10% discount for inconvenience. I told them to keep the 10% because I do not want the company to think I was satisfied. I would like people know that the company does not value customers. read more

Destination MCO is a company that provides excellent service. We received this level of service on our recent round-trip transfers to Orlando International Airport. The buses were clean and comfortable, the drivers professional and courteous. They were on-time and that is no small feat as we returned to the airport after midnight on Sunday July 2. Please thank Roberto G. for all his assistance at that late hour. Our small group of 14 had no trouble getting all our luggage onto the luxury mini- bus. Your prices were extremely competitive! The fact that you kept in touch via email to remind us of our transfers and that we were able to get the driver name and cell phone number on the day of our service was an extra-added bonus. I had an early pick up (3:15am) at Vero Beach back to MCO and the driver was nearly an hour late. I fell asleep en route, and woke up to the driver going over 110 mph in the rain. I explained what happened to management, and apology was less then sincere. As of 23Nov, I am still waiting on the promised refund. This trip took place in mid October. This company is unorganized and unprofessional. read more

Update: Destination MCO has resolved our credit card issue; upon further investigation on both sides, another company that showed up as "Destination MC" on my credit card statement was behind the additional charge. I had indicated in my earlier review that I would have given Destination MCO a higher review had this credit card issue not occurred, so I'll stand by my word and give a 2nd star. I will note that Destination MCO sent me a courteous e-mail reminding me to update the review following resolution of the credit card issue, but then suggested that I "update or remove" my initial review. Given that the credit card issue was relatively minor compared to the horrible experience we had upon arriving in Orlando, I don't see any basis for being asked to remove my review. read more

We used the buses for our wedding. I loved working with Alice our sales rep. I found the pricing to be better than other companies. The drivers were nice. It was my first time hiring a bus so a couple issues we had may be chalked up to my lack of knowledge and making assumptions or lack of communication on their end about expectations and processes. We had a long and short bus hired to transport guests from hotel to venue and then later from venue to the hotel. At the hotel, the long bus was filled and they never put people on the short bus. Our thought was that since we paid for two buses, they would just spread the guests out on both buses, not put them all on same bus. Instead, I felt like the guests got crammed on one bus. I recommend clarifying ahead of time to use both buses. I understood the bus would leave at 10:15pm from the venue to take guests back to the hotel as was described in the invoice. The driver stood around until close to 10:30 pm after the buses were loaded. Then he called the wrong contact person to ask when he should leave, stating he would have to charge more if he stayed any longer. At the same time we were busy cleaning up and I noticed the buses hanging around, so I sent the wedding coordinator over to tell them to leave. Again, a communication thing. That being said, the buses did show up on time and provided a clean safe ride. I would definitely use them again, but would just make sure everyone was on the same page ahead of time. read more
