I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. The wrap job is best in the Bay, everything is so tucked, no one believes it's wrapped. I have to open the doors to show them. The finish is incredible. The staff are top notch professionals. Seamlessly functioning, capable and knowledgeable. Joe, the owner, is really good at describing exactly how things will turn out. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful.
