i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing companies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :) read more

Their work speaks for itself, if you're willing to spend the $$. Contacted them, as I've seen their work first hand. A friend of mine (I wish I could find the before / after photos he sent me) had a virtual miracle performed by these guys. Like myself, my friend has several small children who no matter how hard one tries to clean, absolutely trash the interior of one's vehicle. These guys took his wife's car from looking like an episode of "Hoarders" to showroom new looking. It was impressive. But the price. You have to be willing to spend. Hence why I'll not be using them, wanted to drop a review (my friend doesn't use yelp)... Also the guys here seem quite professional & prompt replies. I was quoted $490.00 for an interior/exterior detail & $450/ea if I brought both vehicles (mid sized SUVs). I'm not sure of the going rate here in the Bay Area for this kind of detail service, but almost $1,000 for 2 vehicles is far beyond what I'd be willing to spend. I decided to use your services based on your five-star reviews. While you may provide excellent results for brand-new luxury vehicles requiring minimal detailing, I found that the work performed on my older vehicle did not meet those standards. Given that I paid $850 for a service intended to be a deep clean, the results were not what I expected for a car requiring that level of attention. I am extremely disappointment with the $850 full interior and exterior detail recently performed on my 2005 GMC Canyon. While the exterior polish was good, the rest of the service was unacceptable. The interior required a deep clean due to significant dog hair from a previous owner, yet numerous spots and hair were left behind. Additionally, there were spider webs in the engine bay, and the fender wells and tailgate were left untouched and still covered in grease and old buildup. A large, faded sticker on the driver-side window was also not removed. When I contacted the owner, Steven, to address these issues, he was aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. He stated, "I don't know what you're talking about, why you telling me take it to my helper and I don't have an hour to talk to you about it," before abruptly hanging up the phone like a child.  His attitude and rude response given to the poor quality of work was completely unprofessional, I had a horrible experience and cannot recommend this service to others. read more

Excellent auto detailing, customer service and response time. Steven and his team even took me on a weekend which I know was not necessarily convenient for them. I was convinced the scratches on the hood of my Mazda was permanent but Titan Auto Detailing team made my car look brand new from the scratches completely gone to moderate curb damage being polished and repaired. I wish I remembered to take some before photos because the after photos doesn't do justice of how well they cleaned. I haven't had the inside of my car cleaned for about 6 years because I never really knew where to go. Multiple road trips, Christmas tree cuttings, about 4 moving trips, weekend night club goings and etc does a lot to the inside however they made my car look like new! They even found a ring I thought I lost for a year. They were also very nice and accommodating in terms of customer service. They responded to my inquiry fast and pretty much had me available next day (the next day appointment may have just been my luck). All in all I definitely recommend them. I just moved into a new apartment complex and within a week, my car was heavily keyed my one of my neighbor's kids. They wrote hateful things all around and even urinated on my car, damaging the paint. I was incredibly stressed about the situation and looked around to get quotes. Steven was one of the first to respond and he was very prompt and accommodating and appointment for me. It also helped he's been through a similar situation and had knowledge of the legal actions I could take for reimbursement since my car insurance doesn't cover this. Took my car in for detailing, came back spotless despite some very resistant dog fur inside. I'll have to take some "before" pictures next time, but believe me when I say there was chihuahua fur everywhere. Took about three hours and now it looks brand new. read more

I came here for a window polish because I previously misapplied ceramic coating on my windows causing a huge mess. Lesson learned- NEVER apply ceramic coating on your windows by yourself if you don't know what you are doing. Ceramic coating is semi permanent. Had an odor lingering in my car for days after I had to transport trays of food for my extremely large family event. Wiping down the car, airing it out, and even using the leather seat cleaner did nothing for me. My boyfriend recommended getting my car shampoo'd since he was overseas with his family for the holidays and my dad wasn't about to deal with it during his break from work. I sought out a place that could handle helping me with clean up in terms of addressing the odor and doing some interior detailing. I found Titan's through Yelp and was very satisfied with the quick response time and transparency of services included and pricing. Steven was really cool to work with and inspected the car prior to working on it. I told him it was a while since getting my car detailed and on top of that I told him about what I thought caused the odor (the food trays) and how it had been lingering for at least a week. He broke down how the detailing would including vacuuming, steaming, shampooing and the whole shebang. He also noted how he thought the food had caused a spill in the back seats and trunk, which helped give perspective on what I had suspected. After the detailing was done, I was very satisfied with the services -- the interior looked brand new, the odor was basically gone, and my car just simply felt comfortable and clean. (Bonus points for Titan's because when I forgot a Pokemon plushie there, Steven looked for it when I followed up held on to it for me to pick up 2 days after the service). This review is very late, but better late than never. On March 15, 2024, Steven performed a paint correction on our daughter's 2013 Mazda 5 Wagon in dark grey that we had purchased pre-owned from out-of-state. We had not wanted to spend way too much, so went for the basic paint correction to bring back the gloss before presenting it to our daughter. The results were fantastic. Steven has the best polishing and cleaning equipment, detailing supplies and techniques acquired over the years.
