I can depend on Vistasol for my appointments, labs, vaccinations and shots. They keep me current informed about my conditions with health and how to improve. I'm so glad they don't give up on me like I have given up on my health in the past. If you want to have a good family, Dr., this is the right choice to make . I never have issues parking. Waiting is about average based on what time you make your appointments. I like mornings when possible. I used to live 5 minutes away but now I moved but I really love my Vistasol Medical Group (family) so I drive 45min or more to get to my appt. They are worth it to me

Dr. Stephen Lee has horrible bedside manners! I had one appointment with him and he's the reason, I…read moream going to a totally different place. My first appointment was with the female NP, she did my ultrasound for 2 minutes & told me she didn't see a baby in the sac and rescheduled me for another appointment in 2 weeks. Mind you, there ultrasound machine is so OLD & prints out black pictures. The very next week, I go to a totally different clinic with a state of the art ultrasound. The midwife at that clinic took her time and did my ultrasound for 20 mins. She found 2 sacs, one with a baby & one without. I go back to Beverly Care and they have me see Dr.Lee since the female is not available. Dr.Lee is condescending & rude. He didn't take his time with the ultrasound, he didn't look for a second sac. He just told me it's only one baby and printed me out a super black picture. He even had the nerve to joke and ask me & my boyfriend have we made a decision on keeping our baby & it was not in a sincere genuine way. We obviously are keeping our baby or else we wouldnt be there, we would be at Planned Parenthood. I'm switching doctors as soon as I can.

She was very patient and helpful. All questions and care quality were answered and received in an expeditious manner. And she went out of her way to help me with a medical supply problem I've been having for months in regards to my daughter's diapers. When I asked the doctor she said all she can do was send another referral seemed by me asking I had annoyed her on top of the interrogating visit I had received, after I've been trying to call, contact and fix this on going issue for three months Vanessa saved me from future stress. So thank you again Vanessa (and the male nurse I didn't catch his name) my daughter and I greatly appreciate your kindness. Sometimes it's the little gestures of kindness, coming from a special needs mom that makes our lives easier. We don't need unnecessary stress build up if the problem can be fixed by a simple call or email sent to the medical supply company that is contracted through you Via Care. Not all doctors are willing to help but thank God I had this amazing nurse that actually cared.

When I arrived I was turned down because the provider was going to leave and doesn't accept patients after 7:10pm. So it closes at 7:10pm instead of 8pm. That is false information and they didn't show any remorse or empathy to even see me. I guess their time is worth more than helping patients in need of help.

Got seen around 6:08p and left at 6:35p NP Sharon was quick but made sure I felt heard The nurse assisting was Kiki, extremely sweet and moved quickly Both had great bedside manners and were quick. I didn't feel rushed out, they just worked fast. Got my injections and prescription sent out within half an hour. Yes, the area is a bit sketchy, but it's Southeast LA so it's a given (I am local).
