The care at this Physical Therapy facility has always been perfect to me. After trying 5 different PT facilities in K-Town, 360 Wellness has been the best at easing my chronic back pain. It's been such a fantastic experience that I convinced my mom to try her PT here as well. And after just one session, she was quick to tell me on the car ride home, how relaxing and comforting her massage was, because the therapist focused on areas of pain where other facilities completely ignore. been coming here for about 4 months for my mom's back. everyone is so so friendly. my mom gets the best service and treatment from her main PT, Elman (glad he speaks cantonese). She's limited in English but others take their time and communicate with gestures. Alina, who is the receptionist, is very welcoming every time i come. she's super helpful when scheduling my mom's appointments despite my busy schedule. and lastly, Dr. Lu, is very thorough in providing communication regarding my mom's progress and attentive when there is an issue. she even takes her time to assist my mom walking in the office. everyone else here is wonderful! read more

Been coming to get PT for almost 4 weeks. The place is well kept and you get treated at the time your appointment is set with little to no wait! All staff is friendly and knowledgeable, everyone works as as team to help. They offer cupping, kt tape, and pretty much everything you need to get back on track. This place is a joke. HIPAA violations all over the place. The girls at the front desk are a joke. No privacy. They didn't even want to follow the doctor's referral orders. Even after my insurance changed the location of my referral, 360 kept scheduling me and calling me saying I missed my appt. I spoke with the same girl twice telling her I was not coming here anymore and stop putting me on the schedule. They are so crooked. They do this so that they can attempt to charge your insurance for a no show fee. They leave patients insurance and identification in clear view for other patients to see. All your paperwork sits on a table where anyone can walk by to see it, while it waits for a PT therapist to pick it up. Then half the time the therapist were working on each other while patients were sitting in the waiting area. read more

Background/Purpose: Sprained knee, work-related. Was part of a list of physical therapy centers in my area provided by worker's comp. Experience: Went here for 12 1-hr sessions (as ordered by my occupational medicine doctor and financially authorized by worker's comp). My initial evaluation was conducted by Dr. Lu herself. I actually met her in-person before the initial visit... in the form of her face printed on the side of a van I parked next to . She was quick and straight to the point. Answered my questions. The rest of my sessions were conducted by other physical therapists. Like Dr. Lu, they were quick to show me the exercises I would be doing that day and monitored my form several times throughout my time there. My mild gripe was that they were not always with me during my exercises, so I was essentially left to choose however many sets I wanted to do or how long my rests in-between would be. I mean, this wasn't boot camp after all. All the therapists were easy to talk to and very personable. In fact by the time I was at my last visit, we had inside jokes. This was important because I felt anxious when I first came here, especially since there were at least 8 patients (other than myself) at any given time, sharing this one rectangular room. This setup may be uncomfortable for some if privacy was prioritized, but I took it as similar to going to a public gym. Lastly, the session is divided into doing physical, repetitive exercise and then the rest is for recovering/priming the affected areas with massages, cupping, stretches, and application of hot/cold packs. For my case, my hour was divided right down the middle. 30 mins for exercise and then 30 mins of recovery. Location: It's on the second floor of a small multipurpose building with Goodwill taking up most of the first floor. The outside entrance is to the side under an awning. After taking the one elevator up (which I needed due to my injury), pass the Social Security office and the entrance is at the end of a small hallway. Restroom: In the outside hallway. There was no restroom that I know of inside the actual space 360 Wellness Physical Therapy took up. read more

I went to the doctor with really bad back pain. Almost every morning it felt painful just getting out of bed or even getting out of a chair at work. My doctors recommended me to try physical therapy and he chose this place for me. Dr. Lu and Michelle were really nice and supportive. They made sure I was doing the exercises correctly and Dr. Lu knew right away what was wrong. After a few sessions I can feel my lower back improving. And now I don't feel any when I wake up or get up from the chair at work. Without them I would still be in pain. I have been going here since early March, and I am feeling GREAT! When I first came, Dr Lu was sweet, gentle but firm, and immediately began the process of my healing. She told me I had tendinitis. I was in so much pain, and lifting my arm hurt a lot. It was the first time I had cupping, and it was odd. Now I cannot wait to have it done. Each person who has helped has been kind, respectful, and very helpful. From the exercises, the cupping, the therapy, to the hot or cold pack, I am at peace and comfortable. I admire the structure and their system. I am grateful to Dr Lu, Dr Tai, Michael, and everyone there. If there is any constructive criticism I can give, it would be that the girl at the front desk might consider smiling and being nicer. She has a rigid personality, and seems to be bored or tired. As the first face anyone sees when entering, she needs to understand that she is the face of the company. I have worked many years as an front desk administrative assistant, and know full well what it means to represent a business. Had an appointment scheduled for Physical Therapy consultation this morning. Arrived at this place was packed like too crowded. I'm looking at the people doing their exercises with little to no room. The front desk checking me in wanted to charge me the "specialist visit" price of $85 and I knew that was wrong. I questioned it and wanted to call my insurance but she just became rude and was like you want to cancel your visit then. I called my insurance and they verified that it falls under "rehabilitation" and should only be charged $50. read more

I have been going there for the past 2 months. I'm suffering from degenerative disc disease and my neck and upper back has been in lots of pain. The staff is so friendly, the guys that call you in are very courteous and helpful. They always ask me where I'm hurting the most and show me some good exercises to lessen and strengthen the muscles. I have had a few different therapists and they are all really good at what they do. They give me physical therapy for a good amount of time and concentrate on the part of my body that needs it. When I say they are nice, I mean it! For example, along with my aches, I'm also dealing with Diabetes. It got really bad about a month ago and I was forced to miss appointments. They have a 3 times no show and would cancel my treatment. However, I explained my situation and they waited for me. They always showed me a smile even through the phone. Thank you!!! read more

HORRIBLE DOCTOR DO NOT GO HERE!!!! (Dr. Yurong Lu) She read my authorization WRONG and TOLD MY INSURANCE COMPANY THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH MY HEAD BUT THERE IS!!! When I called to ask what happened, Dr. Lu proceeded to YELL AT ME and told me I was wrong even after I had just gotten off the phone to confirm with my insurance company. She then told me "I'll send you a picture of what we have." THEN HUNG UP ON ME. The authorization she sent CLEARLY stated to have "vestibular therapy" and she proceeded evaluating other body parts unauthorized while telling my insurance company nothing was wrong !!! I've moved from having underdeveloped strength in one arm Dr. Lu, Dr. Tai, and the team have expertly guided me through progressive strength exercises, cupping, and targeted mobility work to cater to my post-surgery elbow. First and foremost Thank you to Dr Lu for helping my 16 yr-old with his shoulder injury and posture (this was a bonus because she cared and noticed he could use improvement with his posture). My 16 yr-old has played baseball for many years and due to the over use started having shoulder issues. After visiting his Pediatrician twice, getting an x-Ray to make sure nothing was broken he was recommended rest and pain killers. Two weeks later he wasn't getting better so I decided to look for a physical therapist to treat the injury rather than take pain killers. He took ten sessions with no pain killers needed and is now back playing the sport he loves. I had a accident in my house and fractured my back, my back was sore and I found it painful to get in & out of bed.
