I've been coming here for acne that has been on and off, as well as a mole that had been bothering me. Dr. Judy and Veronica has been incredibly helpful with both concerns. They helped me find medication for my acne and also took the time to evaluate and treat my mole. I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and that I'm in good hands. I highly recommend Bespoke Dermatology to anyone who has concerns about their skin and wants a thorough evaluation and treatment. Dr. Ho and Emily are amazing!! This place is every skincare girlie's dream with so many different types of treatments and advanced machinery. I loved that they gave me a treatment plan that worked to accomplish my personalized skincare goals and they weren't pushy about anything in particular. Dr. Derek Ho took the time to really explain everything deeply. I've been to A LOT of skincare and dermatology clinics all over the world and this place was the best in educating me in what works for my skin. The first step of my visit was a scan with their face machine. It showed me my problem areas such as wrinkles and dark spots, as well as skin age and what I would look like in 30 years. Then, based off of that they recommended Picosure to target the sunspots on my face. It was my first time getting Picosure and I'm definitely coming back for more! It felt like a spicy facial with minimal downtime. I definitely saw fading in my dark spots, especially on my cheekbones. I also received UltraClear laser and steroid shots for a scar on my chest that was starting to become a keloid. The shots helped to flatten the scar and the laser helped to fade it. From my understanding, UltraClear can also be used on the face to help fine lines and wrinkles. I also received a bit of Botox on the forehead to round out my day of treatments! This dermatology clinic is incredibly clean and modern. I felt like all the staff took great care of me and were super welcoming. It's become one of my favorite places to go for any skincare treatment. read more

This review is very difficult for me to write because I really want my laser to work but to be fair and honest Clear/Clear+ did nothing for me. I attended Bespoke open house party and watched Dr. Ho preformed an Ultra Clear live demo on a lady. During this live demo, a spectator asked "oh is this the machine that can remove moles?" and Dr. Ho replied yes. After Dr. Ho finish, his wife lathered on skin cares and proceed with mist on this lady's newly laser face. I was impressed learning the FDA approved cool laser for Asian olive skin. I showed Dr. Ho my skin concerns- hyperpigmentations: sun spots, freckles, Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra. He recommended 3 sessions of the Ultra Clear Clear/Clear+. Each session is $1200 x3 with 20% off with same day purchase. On the day of my 1st laser appt. Rosa was so sweet, she took pictures with a small digital camera, no Digital Photo Analysis machine was used. She numbed me for a good half an hour. I pointed out some moles I have on my face but Rosa said no, moles need to be remove by different procedure. When Dr. Ho came to perform my laser, he was also training the P.A. Veronica. The actual laser procedure feels like no more than 5 mins and it was done. He advised Rosa to apply tranexamic to my newly laser face. No mist was use after my treatment. I did not have any discomfort, pain, just some heat in the car driving back home (it was summer). I followed the aftercare instructions precisely, no sun exposure even indoor, window blinds are closed. For 1 week I spend my downtime in indoor, no going out because my face isn't suited for going out in public. I document by taking photos of my face everyday. After day 7, all peeling naturally falls off and the result was the same as before, like I didn't have any thing done to my face. Every brown spots on my face was same color and same size. I was baffled, disappointed and frustrated. My family and friends who anticipated to see my results also see no difference in my outcome and think I wasted my money. Why did I spend $$$$ on something that gives me no result, and wasted 1 week time off from work. I am extremely concerned because I paid in advance and so far the Ultra Clear and Bespoke have failed me. My 2nd session is coming up soon, I'll give update on that outcome. read more

I've had severe cystic acne since just before I turned 12, which gave me such a fun set of teen years. Not. I am now 52, so basically, Dr. Ho had to treat 40 year old scars, and I had every kind of scar, especially rolling scars, which are the hardest to treat. He was very honest with me up front about what the true possibilities were and what was not a possibility. This gave me a realistic picture of what to expect after treatment and healing. He has always been honest with me. His staff and wife are such lovely people and truly the best medical team I have come across, and with my 11 specialists, I have come across many. I am so happy with my results. The pictures do not do my results justice; my skin looked worse in person, but my results look better in person, too. I cannot recommend Dr. Ho and Bespoke Dermatology enough. I will be their patient for life because I know they are honest and trustworthy with what can and cannot be done. I gained about 130 pounds after a car accident coinciding with a dying and dead thyroid. Now that I am losing weight, I will trust him with how to deal with the weight loss in my face and neck. I have fired at least 12-15 dermatologists for being liars or just dismissing me. Dr. Ho and his team partnered with me in the healing of my scars directly, and indirectly, the healing of my emotional scars having suffered with bad skin for the majority of my life. I feel so confident about my skin now, that I don't even wear makeup to work anymore. I just wear moisturizer and sunscreen. If you want a dermatologist you can trust, make an appointment with Dr. Ho and his team. Don't wait. The sooner you see him, the sooner you can address your skin concerns. read more

First impressions - initially called multiple times to make an appointment and no answer, only to receive a prompt automated text to leave a text message. They then responded with a text for patient portal setup link & instructions, but I wasnt going to sign up, submit personal information without at least speaking to someone. Just seemed sketch to have no communication other than text from a clinic. Someone eventually called when I text requested a call back and booked the appt. The space is really clean and aesthetic. Free street parking is available. Staff is friendly and Veronica is great. She is professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Will return in the future as needed to see her (4 stars is for her). Tip - expect to be seen 10-15 mins after your appt time. read more

Dr. Ho is great. Super friendly and very patient to hear out your problems. I came here for a consultation for raised acne scars and was able to get a kenalog injection same day to help flatten the scars. I also ended up going for a package of 3 Clear/Clear+ laser sessions for hyperpigmentation across my face and can't wait to see how that goes! Very reasonable pricing. Convenient online appointment booking system too. Note I was admitted to my consultation 30mins later than what I was originally scheduled for, so this place does seem to get pretty busy especially on a Friday afternoon. But worth the wait and the comfortable waiting area makes up for it! Street parking but you can easily find parking in the nearby side streets if it's busy out front. read more

Dr. Derek Ho did not settle for "good enough" and kept advancing my meds for my eczema symptoms until we got to one that really eliminated my symptoms while I was on it. Shoutout to Rosa the medical assistant who really went to battle on my behalf to get me coverage on an eczema medication that my insurance didn't cover. Went to bespoke to get one of my black circle on my leg checked out and what i thought was a cancerous mole turned out to be Prurigo nodularis from scratching from a mosquito bite. I see Veronica and she is AMAZING. I have had cysts and moles removed, and these yucky raised dark spots that I've gotten with age that I was afraid could turn into cancer, removed. The lobby is very aesthetic so what better things to do than snap a few IG worthy pics while waiting I told Dr. Ho my main concerns were acne scars and sun spots and after reviewing my face, he explained to me the UltraClear laser device he plans to use. I've gotten Pico and Fraxel laser done previously and although downtime for Pico and Fraxel (about a day for me) was much less, I definitely saw better results with the UltraClear(about 3-4 days downtime). At the end of my session, Dr. Ho explained and provided a do's and don't guidelines for aftercare. Then the staff gave me a goodie bag of ointments and cleansers for my aftercare. I thought it was super nice of them to provide the visor b/c face protection is super important after laser, but if it's your first time and you didn't bring a hat/face mask, no worries bc Bespoke got you covered! read more
