After starting the chat requesting to cancel appointment, after 15 mins the chat said 'No agents available' and just ended the chat without warning! I then had to call back and wait another 25 mins before reaching an agent to cancel my appointment. When I requested an email confirmation of the cancellation (because their website says $50 for no-show appointments that are not cancelled in advance) I was transferred for another 10 min wait to reach a voicemail! SO FRUSTRATING! I would highly NOT recommend this company if your new and looking for an optometrist!

Dr. Mills' office is actually closer to my home. After a thorough eye examination, I was told that I was misdiagnosed by the other optometrist. What a relief! The previous doc hadn't even performed the tests needed to make the diagnosis, just made his judgment based on symptoms. Dr. Christopher Mills took the time to sit down with me and go over the test results, explain my symptoms and treatments, and help me get fitted back into contact lenses (that I hadn't worn in over two years). I feel that I was treated with care and concern by Dr. Mills. I felt appreciated and not just hurried through so he could get to the next patient. I certainly would recommend this practice to anyone.
