He works quick, but is complete in his exam. He found an astigmatism that other doctors have missed. My headaches have all disappeared! Script: one contact lens in my left eyeball. Boom! Not to mention, I always bring Emma. She isn't always the quietest baby, and he doesn't mind. He has twins just a year older than Emma. He is patient. I am his patient, and I am not so patient. Dr. Patel answered my questions and made recommendations. I went for surgery at Lake Norman hospital, the prep took longer than the surgery. I was rewarded about 3 days later with CLEAR vision. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the doctor is very thorough during his examinations to make sure that you get the exact prescription you need. This is only my second pair of glasses so I was struggling to find frames that I liked, but Amy was there to guide me through the process. I have to say LNEC was a surprise breath of fresh air. I was having an issue with my eye and called another office and they couldn't get me in until next week but Dr. Harris got me in the same day. I didn't have to wait. She knew what it was right away but still listened. She got me what I needed and my eye was actually a lot better that evening. She even gave me some samples. I will definitely go back when my routine eye exam comes around.
