When we first moved up here in the 70's, I remember the big tank getting buried next to the house. And I remember that big ol' truck coming up our driveway to fill it up. It's been pretty much the same ever since - we get low, they come fill it, usually same day or next day. When my father was in his 80's, living here by himself, I worried about him less, knowing Mark Heard would come out if he ran into any trouble. They came to his rescue more than once. When the power went out, they came and got his converted gas fireplace was running up to par. They never let his tank run out. And he was never cold in the winter! That peace of mind is worth everything! My father passed away; my son and I are in the house now, and Mark Heard has treated me with the same courtesy, compassion, and care. We purchased propane for our RV twice at Wigley. The price was competitive with other retail propane suppliers. On our most recent stop for RV propane we arrived right at closing time. The staff were literally walking out the door as we arrived. The owner, Jeff, stayed a few more minutes to fill our tank and was that ever appreciated! That night was going to be the coldest night of the season and we didn't want to be without our generator, water heater and furnace. Thanks again for the courteous service.
