It's been pretty much the same ever since - we get low, they come fill it, usually same day or next day. When my father was in his 80's, living here by himself, I worried about him less, knowing Mark Heard would come out if he ran into any trouble. They came to his rescue more than once. When the power went out, they came and got his converted gas fireplace was running up to par. They never let his tank run out. And he was never cold in the winter! That peace of mind is worth everything! My father passed away; my son and I are in the house now, and Mark Heard has treated me with the same courtesy, compassion, and care. We purchased propane for our RV twice at Wigley. The price was competitive with other retail propane suppliers. On our most recent stop for RV propane we arrived right at closing time. The staff were literally walking out the door as we arrived. The owner, Jeff, stayed a few more minutes to fill our tank and was that ever appreciated! A true leak check is much more time consuming than that. Hours, not minutes. The "manager" siad if I don't like it go somewhere else. I own my own tank, and I will.
