FYI- Don't bring valuables with you on this bus, because your belongings are NOT SAFE. (This is a…read morelong one...) We rented the 20 person bus for a night of club hopping. The conditions were three Hollywood clubs, no waiting in line. We had to supply our own booze, which wasn't a big deal- we brought a few brand new bottles with us. What we didn't know was that this company had also rented our bus to a second party of people. They planned to pick up our party, drop us off, pick up a second party, drop them off, pick us up, etc. This would have been fine if they were open about it from the beginning, but they were not. They dropped us off at Club#1 30 minutes before the club was even open. We wanted to wait on the bus, but the supervisor said no, that he would get us in right away, so we got off the bus and the bus left. Nope, he straight up lied to our faces, and we had to wait in the rain for the entire half hour. When they picked us up for Club#2, we noticed that our alcohol was no longer in the cooler. The supervisor said that it had "fallen out" because of the faulty cooler latch. He passed it back to us, and we saw that some of it was missing. Supervisor claimed that it had spilled. Sketchy. Club#2 was at max capacity, so Supervisor said he would take us to another club. As we got back on the bus, some strangers tried to push onto our bus. Supervisor did not help our group make these drunken strangers leave. Club#2b was AWFUL. We ended up going next door to get food instead. Club#3 was also at max capacity, but we were exhausted from all the craziness of the night, and just wanted to go home. Supervisor said no at first, but talked to his boss, and finally they said okay. They loaded us onto the bus, and the Supervisor brought on three strange girls. He said he would drop them off a few blocks away. Little did we know, they were part of the second party that had rented the bus that night. We rode in silence for a block, and one of the strangers started picking a fight with our party. The yelling escalated until one of the girls swung at my friend. My boyfriend restrained the strange girl, and told the Supervisor to do something, but he just stared. The strange girl swung AGAIN. Finally, Supervisor stopped the bus to kick the girls out. On their way out the door, one girl grabbed my friend's hair. Much screaming ensued as we pried them apart. Supervisor had words with the girls outside, and we finally rode home. On the drive back, we noticed that all of our alcohol was gone, and my phone (that I had left on the bus in my wallet) was missing. The driver said he had put some of our stuff up front, and proceeded to pass back three jackets and A PURSE that did not belong to us. That gave me a pretty good idea of how my phone got stolen. To top it all off, the company had claimed that we knew all along that they were renting to two parties (we didn't), refused to give us any of our money back, and even DENIED that the incident with the strange girls at the end of the night took place. WHAT. The Supervisor had been IN THE BUS WITH US, and said he didn't see or hear any fighting. This company is a complete scam. Don't rent from them, don't let your friends rent from them.

I had to give one star because you can't do ZERO. DO NOT book with this "company." It is not…read moreactually a legitimate company, but a scam. I booked, or so I thought, a 36-pax party bus months in advance for my moms 60th Birthday. I live in Chicago, so I wanted to be sure everything was all set once I flew out to LA for the party. I had countless emails confirming and a charge on my credit card. The day of the party I called to confirm that they were picking 30 people up at 7pm. I was first told by Chris (whom I had reserved the limo through) that he needed to pull up the "paperwork" and was too busy at the moment. He was extremely rude and unprofessional... he actually sounds like a 15 year old boy and very well could be. After calling back multiple times, I finally received a call from a "manager" (Steven), who was also extremely rude, and was told there was no limo, without even an explanation or apology. I was so mad at myself for even trying to book with this company in the first place. DO NOT book. This company almost ruined the birthday party I was throwing for my mom... after hours of calling all over LA, we finally were able to book another party bus.
