I'm sure the hotel will be very nice looking when their done. We ate dinner at the actual restaurant. Our hostess/waitress (Jazmine) was freaking amazing.......she needs a raise. She was slammed with multiple large groups and we did have a long wait for our food but her positive attitude made up for it. There is no continental breakfast so we told her our large group would be back for breakfast, she had our same table ready and waiting for us!!! We will definitely be going back.

The indoor hot tub also advertised on their website as open was closed our entire stay as well. Upon checkout I asked for a partial refund due to the closures of those previous things I listed but they declined a partial refund. They're currently (and were at the time of our stay) advertising rooms for $100ish a night. Overall the stay felt awkward... There were absolutely no other guests we ran into besides at the indoor water park. It felt like a ghost town and made us want to hide out in our room. Hopefully they can get things fixed, this could be an amazing place just things to fix.

If you've read any of my reviews, that's my thing: a $5.00 black light and examining the room before my bags hit that clothing rack. Also, I was told the region has an issue with a ladybug species. It is more like coming to a second home than a hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We are a very large group. Some of us have disabilities that require special assistance, adaptive rooms, service animals, and caretakers. Some of us travel with aides or professional assistants/managers. This hotel handles it all with professionalism and calm. We use banquet spaces, meeting rooms, suites, hospitality spaces, and the restaurant. We take up most of the parking and if the pool or sauna are available, we are in my heaven! A few of us even use the workout room or hang out at the bar! This hotel keeps us coming back because they treat us well; they feed us well; they serve us amazing hospitality; and the fees are a great value! If you're in Marshfield, don't overlook this inconspicuous gem of a hotel! It's a part of the Best Western Group. These people put the "best" in hotel service industry! The breakfast is decent and the coffee is okay. All in all, not a bad stay but don't expect grand accommodations.
