When they were told they did not have permission, they begrudgingly removed the limbs, only to create a new pile in the exact same place an hour later. When I let them know again that they did not have permission I was cursed at and approached in a threatening manner by one of their employees. Furthermore, they operated equipment in an unsafe manner, without proper protective equipment. I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey Board of Tree Experts. I would never use this tree service and suggest finding a company that operates professionally and safely.

I had leaking in my roof and met with many roofers to get an estimate. I hired Peter, giving him half upfront, because he seemed real nice and was able to do all of the work and warranty it all. I gave him the job in early April and was working full time while studying for my masters so I did not stay on top of him. For months he kept saying he would come and never did. Eventually he came and started to do the work he agreed to. Six months later (early October) the roof was not even half way done. I fired him and presumed to meet with other roofers because winter was coming and he was never going to finish. I hired another roofer and in his estimate he explained how and why Peters company did a "horrendous job and poses a real threat to the structure". His words verbatim. After the snow storm last week I had major leaking in an area that never leaked. So to summarize, Peters company took my money, didn't finish the job after 6 months, and the job they did do was worse than the roof originally was. I would never recommend him to do a job and pray for anyone who does.
