I brought them back to get them fixed. There was one incredibly nasty woman who told me the pants I was now bringing in to get refixed were not the same ones I brought in before. She was hell bent on not fixing my pants again and she seemed quite pleased to upset me. I had a verbal arguement with her and finally she took them to fix them. I came back the second time and picked them up. I wore them a few days later and a HUGE hole ripped in the pocket. So, I brought them in a third time. Again the same woman happily argued with me that the pants I was bringing in were not the same ones I brought in before. Finally she took them. This morning I woke to a text message from Mc Greens Cleaners stating that the pants I had brought in the third time were different pants than the ones I brought in before. I called them and after an intense arguement they hung up on me. Then they texted me security camera footage of me bringing in the pants to prove I was trying to trick them. Why would they look at security footage for pants? The woman stated they won't fix them unless I pay another $17. Honestly I don't know what to say. Are they mentally ill? Yes, I had three pants each with holes in the pockets that I need fixed and this was the perfect opportunity to save $34. I had this planned this for many months. I've NEVER had anything like this ever happen to me before. I'm quite angry but there is nothing I can do. Oh well, I lost some nice Calvin Klein pants. ---And they really don't do a good job tailoring because they cant even fix a hole in a pocket. ----Oh, and now, I'm calling them back because I want to tell them I want my ripped pair of pants back but they aren't answering my phone calls. So, now I totally lost my pants.
