Good service for basic wash and fold. I thought they had stolen my good quality laundry bag but it turned out it was clinging inside the main laundry bag thanks to static electricity. Clothes smell good. Dropped off around 11am, was ready by 11am next day. No same day service. read more

I have been using Wash Works for drop off service since March 2020. The turn around has been fantastic. Our clothes are well laundered. We will continue to use them for our laundry services. The only reason they do not receive 5 stars is the pickup process. We always receive an email. Sometimes a text or a phone call. We have learned after the first two times to not rely on the latter. Though our laundry is always found. It seems like there is no system used to locate it and they hunt around for a few minutes. read more

Worst laundromat ever!! Finding a working dryer is like finding a needle in a haystack. It took three tries before I found a working dryer for my load of laundry. Place is filthy and there is no one cleaning in sight. Spotted a cockroach! The lint build-up is outrageous and I constantly have to clean the lint drawers. Outstanding service for drop off. Family owned, honest and hardworking. I go out of my way to drop my laundry here while on travel.

If I can give the spot zero stars or -5 stars I would first off I drop my clothes off Friday at 2 o'clock the woman said it wouldn't be done till Saturday morning that they would give me a call I wrote down my number my first name and my last name I dropped off a big red bag 33 pounds and a smaller blue bag which was 20 pounds I got a Groupon for the 30 pounds it was $15 versus their original $37 and I had to pay $27 for the extra 23 pounds Saturday comes around I don't get a call now it's Sunday morning and I had to call them to see if my laundry was ready the woman on the phone says it's ready they're sorry they didn't call yesterday and I can pick it up whenever I'm available today so I decide to get up and go pick it up the moment I get there this nasty woman who had an attitude the entire time when I was asking for my laundry continuously had rude responses The entire time I was waiting for my stuff that I paid for already on Friday which I was supposed to receive a call that they were done Saturday morning yeah I'm coming in on Sunday morning picking up my laundry that had already been done for a day and a half she gives me two little bags of laundry and I say OK where is the rest of it she goes that that's it and I say no I paid for over 50 pounds in laundry this is not 50 pounds of laundry so she goes in the back with her other coworker and they're scrambling looking around for my laundry and they still have the nerve to give me an attitude they finally find my bag and I noticed that the bag that I put my laundry in was not the bags that I receivedThe bags that I received were plastic with my last name on it which is fine but I want the bags that I paid for the expensive laundry bags that I paid for that I brought in should have my laundry in it so she said all the laundry bag is folded within the clothes in the plastic bag so I look to the plastic bag I can't find my bag so she gives me for their attitudes like oh it's in there I know it's in that I folded it and put it in there then she wanted to charge me $27 for the extra 23 pounds that I have already paid for on Friday meanwhile she's looking at the receipt which states that I had paid already for my laundry. I already unpacked my laundry my expensive laundry bag is not within the laundry that she stated she put it in when I came back to get my secondary bag because I only have two hands I can't take three bags at one time she was talking about me to the other customers basically saying I was wrong for telling her that she missed placed my laundry bag this place is ghetto and dirty looking only reason I came here is because of the groupon!! . I will never be coming back here there's cheaper places that will drop off your laundry and pick up your laundry at your door. Do not go here waste of money and time. And the owner needs new help! Who can manager their Time efficiently knows how to work with customers and knows how to do the only job that they have. I not only got my laundry late got accused of not paying when I already pre-paid got rude remarks got talked about was treated unfairly and I have a missing $40 laundry bag that I paid for!! read more

One can really not say anything negative about the service, quick turnaround and overall I am incredibly satisfied. I used various times in Manhattan other 'wash and fold' laundromat services.... doesn't compare to this family run, super hard working, devoted and customer friendly and oriented business. I also tried their dry cleaning. Fair pricing, quick turn around, thank you! And the prices are unbeatable. Yes, you have to drop it off and pick up yourself but it's closely located and for the price and quality offered one can't expect to also have it p/u and delivered. Great long hours of operation - don't get annoyed when the phone call doesn't immediately go through should you call ( happened to me ) - it's really cause they are working so hard and just can't come to the phone. Also the laundry was so nicely folded and everything came super clean back - and not moist as I actually experienced with many other high rated locations in Manhattan. So you are getting 5star service at an unbeatable price. Please support this local business as they are incredible! read more

Very lazy person noemi i think us her name ....she refused to provide service i was going to spend 40 bucks on keno but she decided that her meal it was more important it was today august 10 about 1 42 pm ....i think shes very rude and has an attitude....but suddenly 2 minutes after coupke of her friends stop by and ahe jumped of her seat just chat....very poor service.. I decided to choose this place of business to drop off two dresses I needed dry cleaned around Feb/March. I figured there are so many dry cleaners but this was conveniently close by so why not?.. I have never been so appalled by horrible customer service! There was an older lady who thought that since my dresses "felt" wet to her (they had been sitting in my cold car for over a week so I wouldn't forget to drop them off) that she WOULD NOT take them. "No No No" she repeated! Even the girl in the back who she asked to feel them after I tried to explain that that were not wet but just in my car (looked embarrassed) Heck I was! I had to tell her she needed better customer service and that she was very rude! I would never recommend anyone here. I rather go out of my way to get my dry cleaning or laundry done. Which is what I did.! This business should train or get better people. How can a business thrive with bad customer service? read more
