I was a member there for a while and your gym is not good. So you will not find my name on your registry or whatever, but my review still stands. If you're a real boxer, this is not the gym for you.

F45 is a total-body workout with a mix of cardio and strength. It is interval training so you will never get bored. There are ropes, kettle bells, box jumps, rowing, cycling, and so much more!
