(God forbid a person have an allergy.) Then halfway through both sides of the wrap, there's the ingredient! Because all they did was pick it off the top and middle section. Then, the cherry on top was finding the HAIR in the wrap - they also forgot items completely. I also noticed that the table to the right of us received the wrong burger (she had to scrape the toppings off) and another table nearby was asking for things they didn't receive. Alex did a great job. Our orders were brought fairly quickly, including the ever elusive Broccoli cheese casserole. The portions were perfect for us that day (they seemed smaller than normal but we weren't starving anyway.) He very politely handed them to us plate by plate and came back twice to check that everything was well. I HAVE to mention that Alex even used proper English which isn't common in daily conversation. More often than not, people choose to use slang. This is likely one of the best visits to Cracker Barrel that we've had in a long time. Alex should be promoted to a peer trainer!
