I have been coming to this laundromat for almost six years and have never had a negative experience…read moreuntil today. Unfortunately, my interaction with the male laundry attendant was extremely disappointing. As I normally do, I placed my laundry in the washer and waited in my car while it was running. After the wash cycle finished, I returned, removed my clothes from the washer, and proceeded to place them in the dryer. At that point, the male attendant approached me and rudely stated that the dryers were only for customers who washed their clothes there. I explained to him that I had just used one of the washers, but he repeatedly insisted that I had not and told me I could not use the dryers. It was only after I raised my voice in frustration and another customer nearby confirmed that I had indeed washed my clothes there that he walked away. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This situation was both unprofessional and embarrassing. As someone who has been a loyal customer for nearly six years, I expected to be treated with more respect. A simple conversation or clarification would have been far more appropriate than the way this was handled. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning and would rather drive the extra distance to another laundromat.

Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

The dryers are all 50 cents for 7 minutes. Dryers are not as great as other laundromats I've tried. The washers are fast, but water is very skimp. In addition the detergent/softener containers can use a deep clean since many have mold on them and residue. The dryers also had random stuff in them, which was very suspicious. As a parent who washes kids clothes in these, cleanliness is very important, so hopefully they work that. The machines are coin operated (change machine inside) or you can use the app to pay for your machine by number. They also have a small shop inside with laundry essentials. There is plenty of parking and carts available for ease on transporting your things. Bathrooms are very dirty as you can see.

It had gotten heavily soiled and it would not have been able to fit into a regular sized washer. Thank goodness for this place because they do *full service* washing/ drying/ folding. They can clean your garments, blankets and anything else for you. All you need to do is drop off. Our King sized comforter was $26 to clean and the process was so simple. I walked in and went straight to the back to talk to the workers who said they could have it ready for me in 24 hours. Sure, it may have been pricey to do this but for the convenience and someone else taking care of it for you-- why not. As promised, I received a text the next day to come pick up. I came in and the comforter was bagged up, ready for use again. When I opened up the bag and saw that the comforter was pristine, I was impressed. Highly recommend this spot if you want to do full service. Definitely coming back if my washer/ dryer (fingers crossed they don't) break down and I need a place to come do laundry.
