Second time this place taking my money. I put $1300 in the change machine. I got quarters not verifying the amount. I bought 2×oxy soap at $1.25 each. Then went to put money in a $7.00 washer. The machine requires one quarter at a time. I kept feeding the machine and a couple of times the coin did not register. So I pushed the reject button but only 1 coin came out. I complained to the lady who hardly speaks any English and she just looked at me and said, "You push button, no coin, no problem" and walked away. This happened to me about 4-months ago and when I tried to record her, she told me to leave When I looked at my change, I only had $3.25. Where did my missing quarter go and the other 4 quarters? It had to be the change machine and that dryer that did not return my one quarter. read more

If i could give this place a 100 stars i would! its very big and with all different sizes of machines! they have all your to-do Laundry needs plus snacks, drinks and most importantly great customer service! Laundry facilities are good. They have items you might have forgotten for sale. Attendant is on top of things but abrasive so be prepared if you are used to friendly service. I thankful have a washer and dryer at home, but my comforter needs a commercials washer. I noticed a spot I needed to scrub before drying. Unbeknownst to me, although it wasn't dripping wet, standing in place did result in water dripping. Attendant was unnecessarily snippy about an honest mistake that I wiped up. read more

I absolutely HATE this place. I was looking for late laundromats open and decided to look on yelp. I found this place, came in saturday night at 9:40 after checking on if this place was really open until 12. I saw a review that said you have to have your wash in by 10:45. So I came by, got my $20 worth of quarters, from the machine, put 3 loads in and this old man who barely speaks any english came up to me (@9:50) and said that they were closing at 10 when CLEARLY ON THE WINDOW IT SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 12 IF YOU PUT IN YOUR LAUNDRY BY 10:45. And he just kept saying "no i dont care" VERY RUDELY. I especially dont understand why he couldn't say that when we first walked in and not AFTER I was halfway done loading my laundry and already going to put the quarters in. I'M VERY UPSET. what a horrible place after losing a dollar in a dryer because the door would not close at all, and having to load everything into another dryer I asked for a refund, thinking the person in charge would put an out of order sign on it, make an effort to get it fixed and refund my money. None of that happened! This is the cleanest laundromat in San Jose. The lady is always washing and wiping machines, counters etc. Always open early in the morning. My favorite laundromat (if there can be such a thing).
