The lack of transparency was frustrating, but even more concerning was the complete absence of accountability. Customer service was particularly poor. The representative I spoke with (possibly named Theresa) was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue or acknowledging the inconvenience caused. While the quality of services may be strong, the administrative side of the business is clearly disorganized and undermines the overall experience. On the day of his appointment, we were seen promptly and given the utmost respect. Throughout my husband's Mohs surgery, I was kept apprised of the progress of his procedure. As the treated area on his forehead heals, the scar is barely visible. Prior to my husband's appointment, I read about Dr. Perlis's stellar medical training, but I was unaware of his equally exceptional caring attitude.
