Like I stated previously, - Management was not involved whatsoever and not even on duty. The front desk attempted to send me off and said I would receive a call. I had to push back on this, so she called back and you/management instructed for a head stylist to come and discuss with me. I had to wait until he finished someone's hair, and the man in question is quite literally in the background of one of the pictures doing someone's hair. - Stating I was offered an appointment with another head stylist is a flat out lie and gross of you to continue to try and establish when I already stated this on Google which you definitely saw. I was offered an appointment with Jesus, who was very kind, but not a senior stylist. I quite literally have a screenshot of the text message where you guys texted ME confirming the appointment with Jesus. I will now be adding this to Yelp as well since you're determined to fabricate. Not only is he the most affordable stylist on your website, but when I asked him if Laura was the only blonde specialist, he said yes. If your blonde specialist can't even handle basic blonde coloring, why would I trust a novice stylist at your salon. Your continued intent to lie is not only a poor demonstration of your integrity as a person but on your business especially. I firmly believe most of your google reviews are paid for, and this is just a poor attempt of damage control to maintain the facade. When I texted stating that I was uncomfortable coming back, I didn't even receive a response. You label yourself a luxury salon while failing to deliver what qualifies as luxury, whether that be in customer service or the actual service. If you're reading this review, there are PLENTY of other salons in this area that are not only deserving of your money but not a RISK in damaging your hair and wasting your money.

She was very bubbly and even accommodated my last minute request for a blow out (something you have to add at the time of your booking-which I didn't know.) The salon is ala carte, which is helpful to understand when booking. I got a quick consult with the Curly cut expert, and I will be back for that next month along with a gloss, because Zuly told me it would make my color last longer.
