Getting an appointment here for me was quick and easy! My dog Gigi (4 yr old cream Cockapoo mix with ombre gray-black tip tale) desperately needed her groom since I failed to pre-book at her regular groomer. However, everything worked out since I've been wanting to ger her groomed by Logan for more than a year now! I first heard of Gabriel Feitosa's Grooming Salon through Instagram at least 3 years ago. And finally... we got to go! Prepare your dogs vaccination records. :) Bring them before or on the grooming day. When you arrive, you will fill out a simple questionaire with basic info. They'll ask the usual.. what style groom you have in mind! I like my dog to have the typical teddy bear cut. :) So cute! Keep the eyelashes etc. It took a few hours (as expected) and I was sooooo happy with Gigi's groom by Logan! Logan is so detail-oriented and sooo nice! When I came to pick Gigi up, he kindly came out to bring Gigi out! I also had Winston, (Gigi's bestie) with me since Winston was with us overnight for a pupsleepover! At the salon, they sell treats, dog clothing, dog bed, dog necklaces and shoes, and our fave, the dog cologne by Hydra USA! Logan used Forever Fresh on Gigi and it smelled amazing! I returned a week after to purchase it. There are many other amazing colognes too to choose from. Natashya and Randy assisted me at the front desk and they were so kind and welcoming! We will be back in the future and will also support at the new location! P.S. Parking - street parking with meters. There is a small lot on the left of the salon but I am unsure if those belong to the other businesses or if anyone can park. It's pretty easy though to find parking. read more

I requested a specific haircut, but instead they almost shaved off all his fur. A few days later, I noticed white, flaky patches on his skin, which looked like dry scales -- possibly due to poor hygiene or rough handling. Well I decided to try their grooming services and from the moment I walked in it was like wow it was like a posh salon... After going only to Supercuts with those past groomers. The difference was night and day. It's completely worth it to pay a few extra dollars to have a perfect cut treated with excellent service. I didn't get Gabrielle or Logan but whoever did the job was well trained. There's an amazing storefront with so many cute things like: little outfits and perfumes and treats birthday ice cream and cake hand carved candles pillows with different breeds on them, mugs and more. There was so much to see and buy! And especially appreciate it all the artwork I really like the artwork around it was like a gallery. Our dog seldom gets groomed but we are getting married during the weekend so we decided that he needed a little glow up for the photos! This was our first time here and we had such a stellar first experience! Our pup can be a little nervous at times, so it was a relief to know that he did well and was well taken care of during the visit. We were also very lucky to get a same day appointment on such short notice! The visit lasted about 3 hours and our boy came out so clean cut and fresh. For a wash, cut, blow dry and nail trim it came out to about $160 which I thought was reasonable for the amazing results. They also had applied some complimentary fragrance that smelled amazing! I booked with Logan after seeing a few videos online of him grooming puppies and keeping calm while they try their shenanigans. I had a bad experience at another groomer years ago where they were rough with my rescue and have been attempting my own grooming for about 6 years. I wanted a different grooming future for my new puppy. I was admittedly a nervous mom going into the appointment because, not only was this his first grooming appointment, this was his first time out by himself and socializing. Due to health issues Hetch had been very sheltered and only recently cleared by the vet so he had little experience around other dogs or out of the house. The receptionist was nice and gave me a good nudge to trust the process and let her take him to the back. It felt like the first day of preschool. There was another miniature schnauzer there with a very traditional cut. Although the dog looked ready to show, I asked to keep more of a puppy look than the sharp eyebrows and beard. I love that Logan enhanced those long lashes with the brow trim and kept a rounded face. The blending from his back to the schnauzer skirt is very impressive. I was able to sneak a peak of Hetch on the table when they were finishing up and I was shocked he looked calm. When he came out he had the fluffiest hair I have seen on him. I plan to keep taking Hetch to Logan. read more

I've been bringing my dog here for nail trims for over 10 years, back when it was still called Bow Wow. I've always trusted them and had great experiences in the past. Unfortunately, over the last year or so, the quality of the nail trims has gone downhill. My dog has very fragile nails. Some barely grow, while a few grow inward toward her paw pad, which can be painful if they're not properly trimmed and filed. I've explained multiple times that I only need those specific nails trimmed and filed down carefully. Every time I bring her home and check, the nails growing inward are barely filed and still close to her pad. I'll take responsibility as well -- it's partly my fault for not checking her nails more closely while I was still at the store. That said, I did clearly explain her needs, and I expected the service to be done correctly without having to double-check each time. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and continued coming back, but it feels like my concerns aren't being listened to. Nail trims aren't cheap, especially when I'm only asking for a few nails to be trimmed and filed properly. I understand there has been a lot of staff turnover, and the staff is friendly and clearly works hard, but more attention needs to be paid to listening to the dog's specific needs. I'm really disappointed because I've been a loyal customer for many years, but if this continues, I may have to start looking for a different groomer. read more

Our little fur baby has gotten his grooming only from this Salon ever since he was a puppy and I believe his groomer is Cindy! Cindy and the entire team is absolutely wonderful and they really go out of their way to return your pup as their cutest version possible every single time. They have photos that they take after each session so you can always make any adjustments next time you come back- which I really appreciate. The session takes about 3 hours and our little baby always comes out pampered, freshly cut, looking extra cute and adorable The front desk Natache is so sweet so helpful and always makes me feel at ease and it's always a plus seeing all the cute dogs coming in and out of the salon!! Gabriel Feitosa and the team are the best!! Our now retired champion Border Terrier "Tess" went from raggedy to looking ready for the show ring. They paid attention to every detail and were so calm with our dog. We spent a lot of time searching for a groomer who is expert in hand stripping for terriers. Gabriel and the team really know what they are doing and made Tess comfortable while transforming her back to a showgirl. The entire staff are super helpful, engaging, and knowledgeable. The absolute worst place we have ever had to deal with grooming. We continued to get the runaround for the past month with trying to make an appointment getting to the appointment and then they rescheduled for today on their door.It says they're closed on Mondays but online it says they're open which can be super confusing on top of that They gave us a ridiculous amount of 400+ dollars to shave our dogs because they were matted due to an event that we had attended, we were genuinely asking for help and we knew that we would get a good groom, but instead of just refusing us altogether, they just kept being extremely rude and asking for a ridiculous amount of money. I just don't understand how anyone can treat someone like this and continue to be in business. It is severely disappointing, especially on Veterans Day to a veteran .Do better. Editing to reply to comment: I called and told them the 6th can no longer work as I had MILITARY DUTY that was short notice and your manager did not care at all, knowing we still needed to get our dogs in I ate the cost of the deposit yet again because your manager was not understanding to the situation whatsoever... I let it roll. I then made the appointment for the 11th.I arrived early to find out on the door of the establishment was CLOSED and thought it was a joke they would schedule us on a Monday even though online states it's open. My Winston gets his grooming done here after being recommended by Bailey's mom (Patty S.) and we both love it so much! I love getting to see Natache and her fur babies in the front when checking in. The storefront is so cute and has fun treats/toys/clothes etc for the dogs. On the grooming, Ayumi always does an amazing job on my Winston's hair. He is a bigger boy, so I did not think he would ever have that super luscious, soft hair like a smaller dog but my baby's hair is sooooooo soft whenever he leaves here. You can tell quality product is used and that Ayumi really puts effort into the service. I am so grateful for the care she takes with my little guy! Had a really bad experience and my dogs tongue was cut. I dropped off my 35lb poodle that was getting a clean cut (no styling requested, nothing special) and my appointment was at 11:00am and I was estimated 3.5-4 hours for the grooming. Five hours later, I had to text the salon to check in, and around 4pm I showed up and he still wasn't finished. Come around 5pm I'm still waiting... and i'm told that my dog got a cut on his tongue because he was moving when they were finishing trimming his face. Honestly... after SIX HOURS it's no wonder my dog was restless!! I've never had a simple cut take more than 3 hours, but 6? Needless to say I was livid and I couldn't go in the back to see my dog was okay. They said it would agitate my dog and the bleeding would take longer to stop, but it felt horrible to know my dog was injured and stuck in the back with the people who caused the harm. Not to mention, when I first arrived I was told that my price went up because he was a puppy during his last visit and smaller. LIES! My dog had been to this groomer 1 time, when he was 3 years old, and they were telling me this less than a year later (he was still 3, it hasn't been a year, and he was the same weight.) I didn't make a big deal out of it and was going to pay it, maybe they made a mistake the first visit, but that combined with the wait time and harm they caused my dog... i'll never go back. I get the feeling they prioritize their regulars or people who get specialized grooming. I saw many dogs arrive after mine and leave before mine, all with special dye cuts. Don't take on appointments if you don't have time to do the grooming in a reasonable time. Now i'm positive my dog was sitting in the back for hours just waiting and waiting for a basic cut that was done poorly. $200+ for a cut that looks like this? And it took forever and my dog was harmed? Such a bummer. read more
