And I've been too many of them. What makes this one special is the attention to detail and the very personal customer service. The studio is extremely clean, I mean, impeccably. All of the towels smell fresh, all of the floors are freshly polished. Everything smells delightful. The sauna is top notch. It has a large infrared light bar, but it also has very strong, infrared light around the sauna otherwise, and on the ceiling of the sauna as well. and this one, you are also able to adjust it to other types of light such as blue, green, Amber, etc.You are also to control your own levels of heat. There is a television with prepaid Amazon prime channels. The Bluetooth speaker inside the sauna is loud and crisp, and of course you can control the levels and channels with the remote. The gentleman who helped me is named Ken. He gave me a nice tour of the studio upon arrival, and then showed me how to operate everything. He was extremely helpful and kind.Another nice thing is this sauna is very large. I was literally able to stretch out and recline. I think this will be my go to infrared sauna spot.

There are so many places you can enroll young girls for dance in West LA, but I think MDA strikes the right balance between learning dance and having fun. It isn't all free play with scarves, but it isn't so strict or boring the student's aren't engaged. The combination of ballet/tap for the 2-5 year old kids is perfect....they are learning basic dance but having a lot of fun. The community at the studio is really great - lots of siblings hang out during class; parents are very friendly and help each other out. Michelle is also an incredible business owner - she knows all of the students, all of the parents, manages two studios with two recitals twice a year and is extremely organized for all paperwork, billing, and schedules, which we know isn't always the case for kid's activities. I was a bit hesitant to join as I felt the full series was a big commitment. Quickly after I joined, I ended up looking forward to being in class every week. Now I couldn't be happier that I went for it, and thankful for my friend suggesting it! Jasmine was the main instructor. She guided us with such passion and expertise, occasionally supported by Nicole. Together, they created an environment where I felt encouraged and challenged at all times. You can really see not only how much knowledge and skill they have, but also how much love they pour into what they do. This course has done wonders for my confidence on the dance floor. When I first started, I was nervous about dancing at socials (and clueless on how to do so), but by the end of the program, I have been able to dance through full songs without fear and very little hesitation. There's so much to learn still, but woah! This is a strong beginning. Plus, Dancer University provides a 2 hour space for all students from different courses/all levels to get together and practice on the weekend. It was SO helpful to build up confidence while dancing at socials was still too intimidating. Their logistics team is great too and will help accommodate you for a different class, if anything comes up and you can't make it to your usual class. That was a huge plus!
