The food and coffee were pretty average but had a good variety for those with multiple likes (we have a lot of different tastes in my group) I'm the harder one when it comes to coffee and the 'cold brew' needed a lot of creamer. Honestly I really enjoyed the chai I had here but the experience and service from the young man with a mustache was unnecessarily rude with an attitude. This is my third time here and EVERYTIME I've been here the workers are not happy and very rude. After walking around town for about 3hrs I came back to get an iced tea for my 4hour drive home and AGAIN the young man with a clean shave was extremely rude to my dad and I for no reason. Two different workers and they left a terrible experience for our time in bisbee. Your baristas need to be trained in customer service because their attitudes are stale without any smiles and they make you feel like ordering a latte is an inconvenience. Do better read more

Lovely little coffee shop in the center of town for those earlier risers! Bisbee isn't known for early activities, so this will likely be your first stop in the morning prior to any adventures. Love their outside patio for relaxation while taking in all the views. I normally stick to a caramel latte, but heard their Vietnamese coffee is excellent. Bagels are good, but cream cheese was a hard no for me- it seemed old maybe? The best food was definitely the sausage burrito- delicious! My favorite place to get coffee! I love getting their ice lattes with their in house flavors. I can't choose a favorite flavor they are all that good. They also have amazing sandwiches and pastries! Their Chipotle BLT is my favorite. The staff is always friendly and quick. My coffee tastes the same no matter when I go in. The place is clean and inviting. The bacon cheese scone is delicious! They serve it lightly warmed and feels like a full breakfast. I'm not much for sweet coffee but their almost syrup had just the right amount to not overwhelm with sweetness. The staff was busy but helpful in explaining the different pastries. I love supporting the local shops here in Bisbee. The Bisbee Coffee company is a must for anyone visiting... HOWEVER... lately their customer service has been lacking in fulfilling the basic orders. Take for instance... it's getting cooler... can I get a great Mexican hot chocolate that's HOT? Timid temperature is a huge turn off. Plus the last couple times I'm like, can I get your famous Mexican hot chocolate?? Sadly it's regular boring hot chocolate. When I bring it up... it's the eye roll or once again another excuse. Got the pistachio oat milk cold brew - it was $9 for a small size and pretty bad (watery, even though I got no ice). There really wasn't any pistachio taste in mine, but my friend said her barista asked if she wanted it sweet and mine didn't - so I guess you should mention you want it sweet if you actually want to taste the flavor. Kinda tasted like just drinking a cup of oat milk. 2 stars since the ambience was nice and there seemed to be lots of seating and work space even though the shop isn't very big. read more

Let me start off by saying that the coffee and service was good and the ambience was OK. I really hoped my bacon and egg breakfast bagel would be good, but that was not the case. I've never experienced such a flaccid breakfast bagel in my life. The bagel was soggy like it was microwaved. It actually tasted like the whole sandwich was microwaved, even the 1 egg they put on it. Chai iced drink, everything bagel with pesto cream cheese and chocolate croissant. ( girl at register with pink hair told me they have a machine like a toaster that can warm it up. Once I got it cold, stood waiting for 10min to ask if they could run it through toaster, she said not really it will take too long ) Ok, good spot but that type of lack in customer service would never fly in any other part of the world. It's a frigid morning and Bisbee is still asleep. The only signs of life are here at the Bisbee Coffee Company. Folks are huddled at the window seats as the morning light intrudes upon this dark interior space. I'm settled in at a large round table enjoying some absolutely killer croissants and a latte. I like Bisbee a lot and have visited several times over the years. Now that I live in Tucson, more frequent visits to Bisbee and this cozy coffee shop are in my future. read more

Stopped in a few times during our stay because they're open earlier (and later) than most places in town -- a big plus. Coffee is strong and solid whether you go for drip or a latte/mocha. Picked up a bag of beans to take home -- they're a little spendy, so hoping they're as good as the in-shop brews (we'll find out once we're back!). Stepping in this place really has lots of personality to it. From the black and green walls and the plants sprinkled throughout the shop, it had an almost old fashion and earthy vibe, I loved it. The service was great, everyone working was very upbeat, nice and helpful. We also had an order that we received the wrong item but they made us the right one right away, so A+++ for great people and service! The drinks were good, I didn't necessarily get anything I loved on the menu, but I am sure there are better options for my taste on the menu. I was most impressed from the hot cocoa drinks, the spices in the Mexican hot cocoa were pleasant and stood out to me more than the other drinks. We had two good, one bad and one terrible experience here. We are visiting Bisbee for a month. First and second visits were great. Third visit I had the audacity to order something I didn't know they can't do- cold cappucino.. the server acted really put out. I quickly changed my order. Fourth visit-The terrible visit- we were treating the people we are renting from. It was about 6:50 pm on a Saturday. We did not realize it was close to closing time. I got a cappucino that was lukewarm and 2/3 foam. The lady with me had to ask to get her coffee heated up. The workers were in a big rush to get closed up. Sorry, but I think you folks are capable of better. read more

The coffee was decent, but nothing to write home about. I tried the house blend, and while it was good, it didn't stand out from other coffee shops I've been to. A major drawback for me was the merchandise pricing. They offer a range of branded items, but I was surprised to see the shirts priced at $35 each. The shirt only has a small logo. This seems quite steep for a coffee shop souvenir, and it felt a bit out of place in an otherwise reasonably priced menu. I enjoyed my time at the coffee shop but the high price of their merchandise, particularly the t-shirts, and the average quality of the coffee prevent me from giving it a higher rating. It's a nice place to visit, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement. read more

This has to be one of the best coffee shops in the greater Sierra Vista area. The coffee has full body and is not bitter.Prices are reasonable. I've come here many times in the last 18 years and I've always had great coffee here. This explains the never-ending lines. The location in Old Bisbee is also ideal, with an outdoor dog-friendly patio where on occasion local singers perform. Parking may be difficult when a weekend event is going on. The pies are scrumptious. Slices are huge but for $6 you get a filling dessert. I have not had any of the sandwiches. read more

We ate here twice in two days. The first time was in the afternoon for lunch. it was great. There were two young men who were in the front working with customers. They were great and got our orders perfect the first time. that visit was a 5. Based on our great experience we went back the next morning for breakfast. The second visit was a big disappointment. The two women took a couple of tries to get our orders right. They were short with us, tourists, and treated the regulars differently. That is their right, they don't know us, and the regulars must come in every day. The second visit was a 2 based on our feeling that we were not really welcomed. read more

I bought coffee online twice and thought it was excellent. I asked some questions about the coffee and never received a response. Why have a contact page if you don't bother responding? I sent another question recently about why they don't respond. Never heard back. The bagged coffee cost too much. Some running as much as $30. I recently purchased a Nespresso machine and their coffee is fantastic. Their customer service is top notch. No more dealing with this lame company. read more

If you want to purchase a bag of beans to go, Bisbee Coffee Company roasts and sells several blends in store or online. With hotel coffee usually being mediocre, it is nice to have a good coffee option within walking distance. The Mexican Mocha is one of my favorites. read more
