I wasn't disappointed in what I saw. And trust me, I saw a lot! The owner works there from open to close, every day, and it is a labour of love! The store was in transition from Samhain to the next holiday, and it was cluttered, but if there was something I wanted, she knew just where it was. We had a lovely chat about the local new age population, about local covens and the acceptance/nonacceptance of her shop. It's sad when the Pagan populace is having to lecture the Christians on "Do unto Others, as ye would have done unto you." but she's had to do a lot of that, with kids and adults alike. I ended up buying a gargoyle who was just too cute to pass up, A small little monster who begged me to buy him and a present for a friend who's having a bit of trouble with the ladies. Thankfully, this target was only about a mile away from where I was so I was able to make a quick trip. I got there around 4pm on a Wednesday and there was plenty of parking. It wasn't too busy and for the most part things were organized and in the right place. I found the shoe section in a jiffy and lo and behold they had a pair of flats that happened to be the same exact color of the shirt I was wearing... and they were on sale for $6. You know, sometimes the stars truly do align, haha. The self check out line wasn't crazy and I was back on the road in no time. I'll end by saying that one of their employees in the show section was the absolute sweetest. And the shoes worked out great.
