I was searching for some stoneware online and Piper Lillies store showed they had some. I called the warehouse and the Gentleman I spoke with (I hate I did not get his name) was absolutely wonderful. He checked the inventory and verified it was the matching pieces I needed. He stated he would mail out the next day and he did. I received updated emails and delivery within 4 days. Now the packing of these 4 bowls was superb. I mean the box could have been dropped kicked and there would have been no damage. I will definitely order from them again. What great customer service. Absolutely appalling experience at Piper and Lillies. Our 15-year-old daughter went in Sunday to spend money she had saved on a Jellycat. Before purchasing, she specifically asked about the return policy and was told "30 days." Minutes later, after deciding she couldn't justify spending over $100 with tax, she attempted to return the untouched item and was told Jellycats were not returnable. That was frustrating. What happened next was far worse. When my wife called, manager Trey suggested that our daughter had taken a bracelet she had been looking at -- effectively accusing a 15-year-old girl of theft. She had simply picked up a bracelet while shopping, carried it to the Jellycat display, and set it down there before making her purchase. She went back into the store and showed the employee exactly where she had left it. Her boyfriend recorded the interaction. She walked out bawling after being treated like a thief. Rather than apologize or show any concern, Trey remained accusatory. My wife then spoke with owner Julia Butler, who was equally rude, confrontational, and dismissive. Businesses have every right to investigate theft. They do not have the right to presume a child is guilty without establishing the facts. A 15-year-old walked into this store excited to spend her own saved money and walked out sobbing after being made to feel like a criminal. The conduct of both management and ownership was disgraceful. I would strongly caution any parent before allowing their child to shop here. read more

This store is awful. Overpriced and always the same stuff- you need new inventory! Do better. Oh and the service it terrible.

My 15 year old daughter went in with her boyfriend and was racially profiled as a shoplifter I guess for being young . She called me crying after her interaction with the lady working there. When I got involved and called the GM after my daughter told me all that happened-he was worse than the accusations. Threatening me that he would watch store videos to make sure she was innocent. It was so horrific for my sweet daughter and so traumatic!! I had to spend my morning proving to these awful people that they were wrong which they realized in the end. Zero excuse for the absolutely terrible way they treated my daughter and beyond unacceptable! I'm sorry but it will be my mission now to make sure everyone I come in contact with will not support this store. The GM Trey...prob the worst "business person" I've maybe ever dealt with. So sad and scarring for my sweet girl. They should be ashamed. I have not reviewed but one or two companies before, but this one deserves every bit of poor publicity possible. I live out of state ordered items from their website. It was so easy to navigate.. The packaging was amazing. You could tell it was hand packed with care. I heard wonderful things bout this store from a coworker. However, we did not receive the same level of friendliness I was told about. The store is super cute with all types of gifts. The selection is plentiful and I am sure I would have found a gift for just about anyone. Great gift shop! Great selection. I've bought a handful of really nice things here over the years. However, when it comes to checking out.... ugh! The blonde "chatty cathy" behind the counter takes FOREVER to check out. Full blown conversations with customers, slowly punches things in, rechecks everything. Her co-worked next to her, God bless her was trying to move it along to get the line down... But every time I've gone in there to get something she ends up taking a good 10 to 12 minutes to check out the person in front of me. It's happened to me a couple of times now. This was the first and last time I will order anything from this company. They have poor customer service and will not return your calls. I ordered an item on March 4, 2024 and payed for the 3 day delivery which would have placed the delivery at or near March 8. I received a notice saying the item was delivered and it was the furthest from the truth. It wasn't until March 10 when I asked for an update did they even make a label for the package. The item was finally shipped out on March 13. Totally unacceptable. When I reached out to them via email they would not respond. My experience with this company is a true 0/0!!!!!!!!! read more

ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD OR SILVER! Piper Lillies is a cute little gift shop located on Jones Bridge Rd in the CVS shopping center at the corner of Jones Bridge and Abbotts Bridge Rd. I have passed by the shop several times but today I decided to go inside. They have a great selection of jewelry, (gold and silver-plated and stones), cIoth bags and bags with leather trim, silver-plated serving dishes and great gifts for newlyweds, beautiful picnic baskets, food items and more. The tables that feature food items (crackers, dip, popcorn), also have samples available. So, if you like to snack and shop, this may be your new "go to" spot! They have a really nice collection of Jewelry by Spanish designer Elisa Ilana. The line is Uno de 50 and while it has beautifully creative pieces that are priced like sterling silver, it is not sterling silver, but a silver-plated resin. This may not matter to you but it does matter to me, especially since I was told that it is sterling silver by a sales person. I noticed that it had a very dull finish and did not have the 925 markings that should be on every piece of sterling silver. I decided that I needed to investigate to determine the type of material used so I visited the company website. Nailed it! The base material is actually resin. This is basically costume jewelry of a higher quality. There were several really unique pieces that would make great gifts for the jewelry lover. (Just verify that the person in question likes costume jewelry first, because not everyone does no matter how cute or cool the pieces are). Everything in this store is nicely staged and presented. However, I do wish that they had a better selection of quality greeting cards. If you wander far enough, you will wander into the salon next door which is also owned by the store owner. The shops just tend to flow in to one another. Although this store is all about the ladies, there is a section for men.
