From the phone call to set up the appointment, to picking up the contrast for the test, to the exam itself, the service, professionalism and respect that was shown from all the people with whom I interacted was first-rate. When you're getting an unfamiliar exam, it's nice to have people put you at ease. The facility is easy-to-get-to, super clean (VERY important to me!), and there was a nice private room where you can change and lock up all your personal belongings. The exam itself was easy, and not like what I thought. It wasn't a complete chamber, but it wasn't as loud as what I thought CT scanners would be. Again, this piece of equipment was more like a donut. Mmmm. Donuts. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me with the exam. She was so professional, friendly, and kind. It made the entire process, including the IV, more pleasant for me. I truly appreciate it. And to top it all off, three days later, I received a thank you card in the mail that was signed by two people from Suburban Imaging. You don't see that every day from healthcare facilities!

Was referred here for an MRI…read more I have never had one before and so when I called to make appointment I had to ask a lot of questions about procedure, they weren't that forthcoming over the phone At check in there is alot of paperwork involved , the radiology tech was super nice - although think I made her nervous when I told her I don't do well with shots Literally did not know I was getting the IV contrast dye that day- they hadn't told me upfront so I was not prepared- anyway the scan was tolerable as they give you headphones to listen to music Still the machine is soo loud - let's hope I never have to do that again!!

Met a great new doctor, Dr. Leonard. He was thoroughly prepared for my first visit having reviewed…read moremy records in detail. He took time and patience to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed. His Assistant Reid was great as well. He was friendly, helpful, and very good at blood draws! Dr. Leonard came up with a detailed plan to work through my health issues. Then a week later I followed up with him to review my labs. It was refreshing to find a doctor who feels like a teammate rather than a rushed dictator. I highly recommend Dr. Leonard and his assistant Reid. The clinic is a peaceful setting, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a small clinic without chaos. I have had nothing but good experiences here with the staff and nurses. No issues with making appointments, and lab tests have all been handled timely and easily. I'm a tough stick for blood draws and haven't had issues with lab techs not being able to draw blood. I ADORE my OB at this practice, Dr. Margaret Enadeghe. She is the first OB I've had who's taken the time to listen and respond to every single one of my and my partner's questions. Even when I nervously ask the same question multiple times over several visits! We are never rushed, however long she needs to spend with us to make us feel comfortable and informed, she does. She's a lovely person and a new mom herself, and happy to share her experiences tackling motherhood, which I've really appreciated as I'm becoming a first-time mom as well. Also, for folks who have ED/body dysmorphia issues, Dr. Enadeghe is incredibly sympathetic. I have disordered eating and was really worried I'd be tempted to restrict calories because of pregnancy weight gain. Thankfully, Dr. Enadeghe told me there was no need for me to even LOOK at the scale when they weighed me. She said she would inform me if anything was out of the ordinary, and assured me that the number on the scale wasn't a concern. This approach really helped me and made me much less anxious about my body's changes during pregnancy. I also really like the policies put in place by the clinic. I think they try to stay on top of current academic research and are consistently changing their protocols, instead of just sticking with antiquated methods. Quick example: I'm a research junkie and learned there's relatively new data that states it can be beneficial to the newborn to delay cord cutting after birth. This helps with hemoglobin levels and a bunch of other stuff. I asked Dr. Enadeghe about this and she said it was standard policy for the clinic to delay cord cutting.

I've been going to Apple Valley HealthPartners Clinic for years even after moving away from Apple Valley, but this location is great and I was looking for a new clinic after my doctor retired. It's on my way to and from everything. Its hard to have to go out of your way to come here. The staff was warm and welcoming and didn't seem to be rushing. It felt and smelled clean as well. You are not going to believe this, but (..... the food was higher in quality than most restaurants we dine at, and those restaurants are not cheap). The guy running the food service personally stopped in multiple times during the day & night after the surgery. Understand, I had five previous surgeries at a facility in MN considered to be one of the best in world. My visit to Two Twelve far, far outperformed those experiences, and at every level. This of course, is comments of urgent care/Emergency care. The doctors are phenomenal, one of them birthed me, and my two other sisters. My father was his patient for decades. Another doctor, was me and at least my mom and One or maybe one or two more sisters, primary doctor for my whole life, my other sister's whole life, and at least 5 to 10 years with my older sister. So because of my experience with the doctors being so amazing, any negative point in my rating when it comes to the stars, comes to the bedside manner, quality of gear, lack of general knowledge of medicine, goes to the urgent care department - So I will put it at a I don't know, 2/3? Considering the doctors don't deserve a negative hit, but a spotlight should be shown that no one should ever go to this urgent care! Ever!

I've been in withdrawl since! Very sick!! Dr Williamson agreed to give me suboxone if I signed a contract with her. I signed it. The next day I find out she is not going to prescribe suboxone for me she's too afraid, ridiculous. I would like to know why they make drugs for pain and withdrawal but the D E A has doctors so afraid to prescribe any opiates it's ridiculous. I'm 67 years old and I shouldn't have to suffer this way when there are medications to help!! I would not refer this clinic to anyone!!!
