I will not be back. Worst experience to date for my nerve issues. The DR hadn't even looked at my diagnostics, was completely not prepared for my exam and treated me like I was dirt. So disappointing. 3 weeks later there are NO medical notes in my chart. The DR NEVER reviewed anything! Can't even being to describe the malpractice or insurance fraud related to my exam. Mediocre all the way around. We were referred after my teenage son's e-scooter accident due to ongoing headaches for 4 months. We had doctor Conor Ryan. He was odd all the way around; specifically that he was socially awkward and did not know how to communicate. So while he might be book smart, he should not be patient facing. I was also bothered by the fact that his phone received messages during our appointment (chirping outloud) to which he proceeded to check while trying to finish our appointment and discussion. Pretty rude if you ask me. Additionally, the staff sounds miserable on the phone and unmotivated. When in person with the staff in the office, it was under-whelming but nothing extraordinary. I am switching doctors for our next appointment and hoping for better results. read more

Non of the experience was good for me. Dr. Sharif is who I saw. No empathy and all science based. He saw nothing was wrong with my MRI and my LP was normal. So he was confused why I even came in, in the first place. He had no compassion or care to even listen to my story. He kept repeating "we're saying the same thing just different". No I didn't get anywhere. He was rushed to leave after 10 min with me and told me to sign papers. I'm like papers for what? Stuff I already knew going into this? unless you have a very abnormal lab or it is that specific and it shows on paper. He will have no interest in you. His heart is not in the place for people that are searching for more understanding. It was the biggest waste of my time. I encourage someone else where people can feel heard and understood even if there is no exact "diagnosis" yet. Neurology is not a small issue. The brain is crazy and I may not be no neuro doctor but I am in the medical field. And with the brain there is so many possibilities. Never let a doctor shut you down or make you feel less than because they are only willing to see things from their lenses. Watch out for this place. My family sees a lot of drs for various issues and this is the only place that will charge you 55.00 on top of your copay for some crazy CPT code for being an established patient. That brought the cost of the visit to 100.00 because insurance will not cover the additional cpt code. My wife called and complained and was told the work around is to see a different dr each time you go...this is insanity. Avoid this place unless you want to pay double in order to see your established specialist. read more

I took my daughter to see Dr. Sharif, and I have to say it was amazing. He is kind, he listens, and he is extremely thorough. I can't say enough about this experience; I finally believe we found a doctor who will give us answers once all the testing is done. I would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

Dr. Dove was no help to me .He listened to my problems, said he would have to think about it ordered a neck mri. said we would talk more after MRI.. Never called me finally had nurse give me the results which I did not understand , he scheduled an appoint 3 months later to review results with a plan and never did. He never even gave me any idea or suggestions. He did say he could maybe give me a shot in the neck before the MRI. I have had no contact with him and have asked for another neurologist. I heard that he was a good doctor and a good listener and he was unfortunately that is all he did was listen with no results.. read more

The board of directors should think about implementing training to help the staff learn to communicate, understand how to get things done, and provide solutions rather than excuses. If you need a neurologist, please do your self a favor and do your research, there are many options to choose from, choose one that actually cares about your care and not just your money. read more

Simply awful facility. I brought a family member and the Dr executing the procedure took NO time to introduce herself to me, to make eye contact, to answer my family members questions, to advise. The rooms were dirty and messy. It felt like a storage room. We were told two weeks for results and my family member was told on the 14th day that results were sent to her Primary. No call every came. I called Noran back, "we dont know why they said that, no results are in" - while family member is suffering and anxious at home. They also lost the form to "speak to me" which was signed while i sat there with my family member. Now we sit here with no answers, awful service, and illness. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Advice to Noran : Start over. Update- Today is day three of waiting for the call from Cherie the clinic director who is supposed to call me within two hours three days ago... When I asked who I could complain to about Sherry the desk said" the doctors own it and they wouldn't care about my complaint" Medical board complaint up next. Week three update... No one has ever called and last week Noran claimed that they lost the test... Today they are saying that they have found the results and fax them to HealthPartners but HealthPartners says that is absolutely untrue... Insurance company has been contacted to void the payment and Better Business Bureau has been contacted. Sherry, will not share any other additional contact information. read more

this is the worst clinic and the staff are not doing their jobs when you make an appt. save your self from here. they do not follow through and do not do prior authorizations from treatment but boy you miss an appt and you are out the door. poor, poor service and they are always apologetic. you can't do anything at all about the poor service either as they don't track it because they do not care!!! awful, go to anyone but here! read more

This clinic has really gone downhill. The neurologist I went to for a decade left, and the other providers have been unimpressive. Most recently I was scheduled to get a marcaine injection. The clinic is 40 minutes from my home. 5 minutes before I arrived I was notified that all appointments were cancelled due to a system shutdown. They've now been closed for more than a week and I have no way to get relief for my neck pain. So frustrating ... read more

The entire Noran system is a nightmare. (I have been seen in the Minneapolis, Edina and Plymouth offices)I have been both a Worker's Compensation client and also a private client. Twice I sent them emails complaining of rude treatment by staff. They replied by sending back notices that my application for employment had been rejected -TWICE. (I showed these notices to the doctor who referred me to Noran). The most breathtakingly awful medical experience in my nearly 80 years. Unfortunately, my clinic (Ridgeview Westonka) has an arrangement to refer to them. I have asked them to stop sending patients to Noran. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was referred by my primary care physician to this clinic because it is in the same building as Allina Health. I arrived for my appointment 2 minutes late (8:02am - traffic was a nightmare) and was told that I would need to reschedule my appointment because paperwork hadn't been filled out. I'm sorry, but the email I received from them said I could fill it out at my earliest convenience. I'm having headaches 24/7, hence the need to see a neurologist, and was having trouble filling them out online. Never did they tell me or say in any emails they've sent that I needed to arrive early or my appointment would be cancelled. WTF! Don't go here - suffering clients are NOT their priority. read more

Wow -- shockingly poor customer service, a number of non customer friendly signs posted at the front desk and in the lobby, and good luck if you need to get through their endless IVR. The front desk help was extremely unprofessional and completely unmotivated. Not only did she ignore requests, she failed to fax over an order for imaging that caused unnecessary delays, undue medical complications and missing the opportunity to have the CT occur in the year when I had met my deductible. read more

She was completely rude and showed no sense of care or concern. I met with her a second time just in case my first impression was wrong and my additional experiences were just as bad. Wish I had read all the poor reviews before wasting my time here. My insurance was accepted but because my issue could be related to an auto accident, the doctor refused to see me after I was all checked in. None of the other doctors would help out either. I took off the afternoon from work and additionally, they violated my HIPA rights by discussing my situation in front of other patients in the waiting room. I didn't know you could turn away paying/insured patients with acute symptoms, but it sounds like they are in the habit of this. I'm sure Medicare patients are next as reimbursment is poor. read more

I was referred by my Chiropractor to this clinic back in March 2017 for an MRI of my lower back. First appoint, I arrived 10 minutes early, but then the doctor all of the sudden couldn't see me. So, they rescheduled me. Second and third appointment, they couldn't see me either and decided to reschedule me again. I was patient and said, ok (giving them the benefit of the doubt and trust). Today is my fourth appointment and by this time, I now, have a bad limp because I've waited for this MRI for over a month. My lower back and leg is now hurting and going numb. Not to mention, my Chiropractor has been long been waiting for this MRI scan also. Due to parking space issues, I got to the Neurological door 10 minutes after. The doctor refused to see me, again. I never paid any attention till today. As I looked around, I was the only Asian person walking in and out of this clinic. The feeling of discrimination of race hit me like a train. As I limped my way back to the car, I tought silently to myself and thinking, "I thought doctor's were suppose to treat and save lives, but yet why do I feel that this doctor (MD Mary Jane Chiasson) makes it so personal?". I've been nice and patient and respected her schedule. Yet, she treats her patients with the upmost disrespect and discrimination. As I limped my way out to my car and crossing several parking lots to my car. I couldn't help, but feel like I was the only Asian person again leaving from this clinic. You know what, its ok, I'll just go see my family doctor and go from there. At least, now I know what sort of people lies within this clinic. Its disappointing that this doctor treats her patients like this. Its about the job, the patients, and not about her personal agenda. I get sick to my stomache when I run into these types of doctors. They should just stop practicing. read more
