They are all wonderful and really listen when I let them know what areas I'm concerned with. Therese takes the time during the massage to point out certain areas that she's working on and to clue me in - which helps me be more mindful about my posture or how I pick things up. Dr. Bryan, as well as the masseuses, all give me recommendations for stretches, yoga poses, sleeping positions, etc that I can do at home in order to feel my best, which I so appreciate.

The massage therapist was the only person working at noon on a Tuesday, no front desk person nor other staff or clients. I felt safe, but just was a bit odd to be the only person there. I'd see the therapist again, but I don't think I'll return to this location.

Before each session, she will sit and talk with you about your physical/emotional concerns, will recommend a course of action, and will take time to explain everything to you. It is so refreshing to meet with a doctor who is invested in your personal well being, and takes the time to check in with you and discuss matters with you. She has a very calm demeanor, and I have never felt rushed if I come in with a long list of concerns and questions. Personally, she has helped me with my high stress levels, back pain, hormonal imbalances, chronic digestive problems, and overall well-being. I have seen quicker results in 6 visits with her than I have over the years when I've brought these concerns to therapists, psychiatrists, ob/gyns, and gastroenterologists combined. I feel great. Dr. Norini has a very practical and holistic approach in her practice. She blends Eastern and Western medical practices to suit your needs. After a couple of visits the pain had been minimized and I was very happy with the physical therapy exercises that she gave me for my shoulder. Through the muscle therapy she performed and using the exercises I have gotten more strength to my core and shoulder which has help with my sports activity. At this point, I only go every so often for adjustments and check ups and with the exercises that she gave me my shoulder is back to normal. I would highly recommend Dr. Norini for any sports therapy needs. I have been very happy with the results from going to her.

He was originally referred to Dr. Cortis by one of her existing patients after a trip abroad left my husband in agony with lower back pain. After a couple of visits, along with prescribed back exercise homework, my husband was good as new. He was so grateful that she was able to help him rid his lower back pain, that he's been raving about her practice since. As time would dictate; I was eventually in need of some acupuncture treatments for myself, and there was only one physician of which we both could think. Seeing as I was new to acupuncture, I initially went into Dr. Cortis' office a little scared and very anxious. That is, I didn't know that I was anxious, until I was on Dr. Cortis' chiropractor bed and was overcome with anxiety. Had it not been for her patient demeanor, I don't know if I could have ever completed my acupuncture treatments. Her office was clean and it was really nice not having to interact with anyone but her. I told her what was bothering me and she went to work. To be honest, I've always been pretty skeptical about acupuncture, and I still won't say it's my favorite, but I immediately felt better after the session. Unfortunately, as I've incorporated all of the foods back into my diet I've gained back all the weight I lost (and then some), so I can't really speak for the success of the program. I've also had terrible experiences with the receptionist, Song. She's not very bright and takes offense when you correct her on anything, even if she's misspoken or miscalculated. The miscalculations were what got me. I spent weeks arguing a miscalculation with her, with no intervention from the rest of the staff until finally, Frank stepped in and the mistake was located (on their end, of course). Now, 3 months later, I'm still getting bills from them even though I sent a check months ago (and see it deducted from my April statement). I'll have to call my bank, find out who endorsed it and when, all because they/Song is unable to handle the accounting system. I'd say don't waste your time.
