Just switched to this pain management had my first visit today and I must say it's a great place the 2 drs there are very nice one was a lady I'm sorry I did forget her name but dr nallaperumal was great he seemed very concerned about my health covered all the bases even my mentals ..this is a very good place if you are looking for a good dr who actually cares about your pain or even your mental health..it was a very different experience for me as I was at another place before this and they didn't seem to care about my health at all but mind body solutions did ..even the lady's in the office were very pleasant and the people in the waiting room were really nice good vibes all around I highly recommend this place ... read more

Dr. Linden remains a joke even after he called me and gave me his ''personal cell phone'' he failed to mention he never answers it, or returns the messages from it. That's a lot of help. Seriously, ANYONE thinking of going to this chop shop, go somewhere else, go talk to the guy shouting God stuff from a megaphone at the Henderson DMV. He'll cause less mental damage to you than the idiots at Mind Body Solutions. And stop using the photo of the smiling employee. The employees here don't smile, don't do their job, and make you wait 3 1/2 hours for transportation because ''the other transportation guy just decided to go home.'' I wish I could give this place a zero stars. It's the absolute worst. If you make an appointment, expect to wait and hour or two more after than to even be seen. Wanna call to make an appointment? Forget about it. You won't get through for DAYS. Do not trust they will call the prescription over to the pharmacy like they say they will. Get a paper copy and take it yourself. I went through withdrawals for a week because I couldn't get ahold of someone to call it in for me. How f$&cking dangerous is that? I stopped going there. My mom still goes there and they're treating her the exact same way. She's in withdrawals right now because they pharmacy can't get ahold of the office for prior authorization for two of her medications. Seriously eff this place and everyone there. read more

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go. We arrived about an hour early for my husbands appointment when we signed our name in the two men sitting at the front desk didn't even look at us so we just sat down until we would be called. About 10min went by and I had to go up there and ask if they needed me to fill out any papers or the insurance card. Being that I work in the medical field I knew we should've been filling those out since we arrived. Anyways, they handed me some papers and verified his insurance. When all the reviews say you won't get back until 1-3 hours PAST your appointment time they're not lying. We just sat there for hours for him to be pulled back and it took no less then 30 min for them to see him. These workers have no respect for their patients and no class. They sit behind the glass door and just talk and laugh not giving a crap about getting their patients up and ready to go for the doctors. The doctors? Pathetic. No care. Just want your money. We went here once and never again. If you plan to go her for an eval regarding the military GOODLUCK. They won't give you your eval papers. All they said to us was they know where to sent it and they can't give us my husbands eval papers. Tried to call and see if they sent it to LHI but they never answer the phone. Ever. read more

I absolutley love this place. Dr. Brandon Snead is by far the best pain management doctor I have ever been blessed to have assist with my health. He listens and understands all needs I have, and does everything possible to help. He is very kind and I have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen. I like to think they all mean well, but cannot handle their patient load. If you have an 8am appointment, expect to leave no later than 1pm. Very poor communication. They rarely answer the phone or return calls. It frequently took weeks to get a response regarding my medication, leaving me dealing with terrible withdrawal symptoms while I went without. Finally caved and bought insurance on the exchange because this place was ill-equipped to properly handle my care, and from what I understand that is not unique to me. read more

LOCATION: 4425 PECOS #5, Las Vegas, NV. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! A friend of mines was referred here for his chronic back pain. He came well prepared with his medical records showing his current medication and paid $375 cash for his visit being that his medical insurance is pending. He filled out the new patient paperwork including his current medication that has been working for the pain. He waited 30-40 minutes before being seen by Dr. Snead. The dr. did the foot push thing and pushed on his back area a couple of times. Then Dr. Snead states his wants him to try some other medication that he has never heard of. My friend declined. Then Dr. Snead listed a few other medications that my friend has tried in the past but they did nothing for the pain. My friend explained to Dr. Snead that his current medication works good. So Dr. Snead proceeds to say that he no longer prescribes that medication. So my friend asked why would you except a new patient that is on a medication you no longer prescribe and asked for a refund. This is when the rudeness and sarcasm began. My friend was denied even a partial refund. The case manager began to antagonize him and was very unprofessional. My friend saw he was getting nowhere and left. Without Dr. Snead giving him his proper medication or refund. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! So a BBB complaint will be filed along with complaint to the Nevada Medical Board. read more
