I loved the variety of themes they offer -- we picked the Pink Castle theme, which was perfect for our daughter's "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Two" celebration. For our package, they set up & clean up which makes it less stressful. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and very responsive during the planning process. They even accommodated special requests like customizing the balloon colors. Everything came together beautifully and made for such a memorable celebration. I definitely recommend this place for birthday parties for little ones! I just wish we lived closer because they also host so many fun activities and character meet-and-greets.

Finally we got to go inside and the kids had a great time. It was a lot more spacious than last time and they made better use of the play areas. We went back today. The kids had a lot of fun. My grandson fell and ended up with a pretty large…read morescratch on his arm in the toddler area. A sharp part of a bracket holding the fence was exposed, scratching his arm when he fell. The sharp edge wasn't very noticeable so it took us a moment to realize where the scratch came from. I notified one of the employees right away to prevent another child from being injured. They were very responsive, immediately moved the diner set to cover the exposed bracket and then returned with an emergency kit to help us clean & cover his injury. Shortly after, a gentleman came over with some pliers and a hammer to properly attach the bracket and attaching the sharp edge into the fence. We're now just hoping the cut heals quickly and that it doesn't result in an infection. The kids still had fun despite the incident.

Open Play is $15 for ages 1 and up, $12 for siblings, with 1 parent included and $5 each additional parent! They host parties for a fee with themed decor and balloons! Waivers can be signed conviently online to save time before visits and they sell grip socks as well in their boutique/snack area! Free cubbies, plenty of seating and couches with books to read to your children! Best of all they allow outside food and drink in their seating area with free use of their microwave and Keurig machine!
