There was a staff member standing there for about five minutes in her empty line. Finally, she calls me over and asked if she can help check me in for their party. She checks me in like normal, and as soon as she gives my child, a wristband and socks, she leaves and walks away. I was standing there confused. She didn't tell us which room to go to nor did she say that the check in has been completed. I asked the other cashier to direct me to the correct party and she was able to give me that information. Of course, my kids love jumping, and the mini playground that they have here. On top of trying to make it to a timed party, there is no doubt that finding parking in the parking lot can take about five minutes. The lack of parking is frustrating to say the least. As far as customer service, I'd have to give it a solid two out of five.

The employee there was very nice and fun but was not too knowledgeable about the tricks or equipment available, she did not know how to use the harnesses that were there so we were not able to utilize those at all. There are some small skis, a snowboard, and a skateboard for use on the trampolines which was pretty fun. There are two trampoline rooms, only one was available while we were there which was not a problem as the kids were able to switch off and rear in between turns. This was definitely a highlight of our mammoth vacation, and if we lived in mammoth I'm sure we would be visiting frequently.

It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. The hospitality was top-notch...you just don't see that level of care often anymore. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Munzer, Tedairo, and Leilani for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond. I even lost an earring, and they took the time to help me find it. I truly appreciate their effort and kindness. If you're looking for a fun activity with your kids, I highly recommend checking this place out. And definitely grab the Groupon. It's so worth it! You get to jump from 5 to 9 PM and it's non-stop fun. Thank you to the whole team for making our Friday night so special. I hope their supervisor sees this and knows they did an amazing job tonight!
