My son loves this place but there's definitely room for improvement. For starters, in the afternoon…read morethey only staff one person for the front so you either wait forever to check in while that person attends the snack bar or you wait 20-30 minutes at the snack bar for the person at the front to come. The bathrooms are always filthy (so is the area for eating) and the steps leading up to the platform for the trampolines are coming apart. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also they need more seating for parents. There are five couches (one of the five is broken) and they're always packed. The staff is also pretty lax about enforcing any rules. For example, the Ninja Zone is for children 6 and under, yet there are constantly older kids and teenagers on it, throwing younger kids around and tearing it up. To be fair, the staff is mostly teenagers who seem uncomfortable having to step into a role where they have to be assertive so I guess I understand why they don't say anything. However the staff is very comfortable standing to the side talking to their friends and coworkers instead of monitoring the attractions like they're supposed to. All that said, my son absolutely loves it here, which is why we keep coming back. But if another trampoline park opened up I'd probably take him there if it's better.

There's a snack bar serving dugout quality pizza, nachos, popsicles and drinks. There's also scattered vending machines and several birthday rooms. Place has been recently renovated with added features. While there was plenty of staff on hand, the place was dirty with debris and food containers/ wrappers scattered about and no one was busying the tables. Worse the restroom floors were wet and all the kiddos were in hospital socks - yucky. Asked the babes and she had a GREAT time so we'll be back with sanitizer wipes!

My son was invited for a birthday party…read more Boy oh boy did he have a great time. I loved how easy they made a birthday party look with all the in house business options. Aka Yay! There was something for all age groups. Yes the older kids can get wild but they are kids. There is food and drinks to purchase. Arcade payment was a bit weird and the cotton candy machine was broken. Overall good place for the kids to get energy out.

There was a staff member standing there for about five minutes in her empty line. Finally, she calls me over and asked if she can help check me in for their party. She checks me in like normal, and as soon as she gives my child, a wristband and socks, she leaves and walks away. I was standing there confused. She didn't tell us which room to go to nor did she say that the check in has been completed. I asked the other cashier to direct me to the correct party and she was able to give me that information. Of course, my kids love jumping, and the mini playground that they have here. On top of trying to make it to a timed party, there is no doubt that finding parking in the parking lot can take about five minutes. The lack of parking is frustrating to say the least. As far as customer service, I'd have to give it a solid two out of five.

Very disappointing experience at Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Stockton. Since the new management took…read moreover, the customer service has gone downhill. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional while speaking to us. We already had Sky Zone socks with the official logo, but she insisted we purchase new ones again. When we questioned the policy and asked for her name, she walked away to the office and called security instead of handling the situation respectfully. We felt unwelcome and disrespected. Telling customers "you're more than happy to leave" is not how you treat families who come to enjoy time together. There was no attempt to resolve the issue -- only attitude. Management seriously needs to improve customer service and communication. We won't be returning after this experience.

We have Not had any problems with the other two but this location, we are not satisfied with the season passes that we bought. They have a lot of limitations and was misleading information for the seasons passes, but a young man named Alexander helped us this week and he was very polite and tried to explain to us things, but we have not had very good experiences at this park. We will not be buying these season passes again. Dublin has been the best so far. They said with our membership that we bought it excluded weekends and then it excluded the neon night light.

Arrived with the kids on a sunny afternoon for a birthday party. A new attraction "Tubes…read morePlayground" was advertised on the website for this Sacramento location, but instead there was a sign that read "Coming Soon" so maybe call ahead to confirm attractions. Although the Sky Ride was closed, the kids still had fun jumping and flipping on the Apex trampoline and running through the Warrior course. It was very packed and busy. I felt that this visit wasn't as great at my last; place seemed like it needs a deep clean and better ventilation because of the smell of sweat and chaos. I ordered nachos at the cafe, the nacho cheese sauce they used this time wasn't good so I wouldn't recommend ordering these again. Way too oily and slightly bitter. Even with attractions closed and food not what I expected, we still enjoyed ourselves and will come back when the "Tube Playground" is finally installed. We will skip the food at the cafe and just get refreshments. Hopefully our next visit will be great like previous visits!

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at Urban Air Adventure Park Sacramento…read more My 7 year old son went there to have fun, and instead left scared for his safety. A group of teenage boys approached him, called him "little N" multiple times, and tried to lure him by saying they had candy and telling him to come to them. Let that sink in. A child was racially harassed and made to feel like he was about to be kidnapped inside a place that is supposed to be safe for kids. He ran and told his godmother, who immediately reported it to management. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. The teens were not removed. They were allowed to stay and continue occupying the same space as the children they just targeted. That is unacceptable. This is bigger than "kids being kids." This is racism and dangerous behavior being ignored. When a business allows that kind of environment to continue, they are part of the problem. My son is biracial but does not appear to be, and he was targeted without hesitation. No child should have to experience that kind of fear just to play. Urban Air failed to protect him. They failed to act. And they failed to create a safe environment. If you are a parent, especially a parent of Black children, you need to seriously consider whether this is a place where your child will actually be safe. Do better.

Right now this location is sitting on a 3.3 average, which is right on the money…read more Pros: - Saturday afternoon at 4 pm and the crowds are not bad at all. - The elevated platform to sit has decent line-of-sight for keeping an eye on your kid. - Decent amount of activities - basketball, slides, balance bar, rope swings into foam pits, dodge ball, small ninja warrior course, and a basic trampoline area. - Staff interactions were friendly, especially at the check-in desk, and we heard them blow the whistle a few times, so at least someone must be paying attention. Cons: - Your olfactory nerves will be overwhelmingly offended immediately upon entering the facility. - As others have said, parking is particularly cramped. - Our friend the security guard has been chilling on his phone the whole time, but I guess someone is here in a shirt that says Security on it. Does that make me feel better or does it do the opposite? At least he isn't being kept busy. For a kids' place, it doesn't seem any more dirty or grimy than Chuck E Cheese. Not a high bar, but I'm not seeing the same Petri dish conditions from other reviews. We did a price comparison between Sky Zone and 3 competitor locations, and they're all pretty similar. Can't comment on party arrangements or prices, just here on an hour and a half ticket. Overall, not as bad as the horror stories I'm reading. -1 star for Maroon 5 playing on the loudspeaker.
