Club Pilates I appreciate your response. However, your website does not give any clear information…read moreon whether or not a class might be right for someone with a slight disibility. If you would have communicated, or clarified on your website, that you do not allow people with disabilities to attend your classes that would have saved both my parents time and money. This is also in clear violation of the American with Disabilities Act. The way that you are communicating the information now about my dad being in the class to assist my mom is not the way that it was communicated to him by the instructor. The instructor essentially said "he makes people feel uncomfortable". This is completely inappropriate. If the instructor had thought my mom would have been better in a single class, that should've been communicated right away, instead of making them both feel less than in order to remove her from the class. It's also still unclear to me how my dad's presence caused "challenges for the team" because first you say it's because he made people feel uncomfortable and then you state it's due to safety precautions. I really dislike writing reviews especially negative ones. But my mom felt both sad and humiliated by the way this situation was handled. And again, if you do not allow people in your classes with disabilities, that should be written on your website.
