I highly recommend Alex Dilger @ Mindful Motion. I was in a lot of pain with my back and leg. I could not walk or do my daily activities. But after working with Alex I was able to walk comfortably and without pain! I am feeling better than I ever thought possible. Specialties

Mindful Motion Physio is a holistic physiotherapy practice where I concentrate on the whole person for improved movement and function. I utilize one hour sessions with manual therapy, IASTM, cupping, ultrasound, taping, myofascial release, cupping, and mobilizations to achieve proper movement. I then combine this new movement with a specialized and individualized exercise program that you perform at home, as improving your function is a team effort. I also focus on the energy and chakras in the body and their relationship with physical limitations.

History

Established in 2024.

I’ve been working in outpatient physical therapy for 10 years and have learned the way I want to treat patients isn’t available under typical insurance guidelines, therefore I have created a space where we can be flexible to treat any body area and movement pattern we need to during each session without the hesitation from insurance approval. I do offer a superbill after care concludes for you to be reimbursed by insurance.

Hi! I’ve been working in outpatient physical therapy for 10 years and specialize in orthopedic injuries and vestibular disorders including vertigo and concussion rehab. I was a collegiate swimmer and have experience with training high level athletes through injuries, as well as focus strategies for competition. With private practice I have the flexibility to treat each patient with exactly what is needed without constraint from insurance restrictions. Many responsibilities are not consistently completed because temporary assistants can only do so much while actively caring for patients. Office management is not stepping in to cover those responsibilities, and the doctors are focused on treating patients. not only that but I have yet to get my last check with no communication from HR or the office. One of the most concerning things I observed was the sterilization logs. According to the records I reviewed while working there, instrument sterilization and maintenance procedures had not been properly completed for approximately two months. That is unacceptable in any dental office. What frustrated me most was the double standard. Office management was frequently late and missed numerous days, yet remained employed without consequences. Meanwhile, dental assistants who were only a few minutes late even after regularly arriving early and working hard for the office faced disciplinary action or termination. There is nothing wrong with having rules, structure, and accountability. Every workplace should have them. The problem is when those standards only apply to certain employees. When management is held to one standard and everyone else is held to another, it stops feeling like a professional workplace. Between the staffing issues, payment problems, lack of accountability, and overall management, this office felt more like a circus than a professional business. That is all I have to say.
