My last professional experience was very traumatic for me and while I had talked a lot about it in therapy, I just wasn't able to cross the actual bridge to get back to actually working. After a few sessions with Jen, I started sending resumes out. Then, I started interviewing. And, after a few interviews I found a workplace that I love and have been employed at for 2.5 years. All you can do is leave a message with the front desk who then sends a message to billing who never calls you back. I was charged almost $700 for two months of sessions that they claim my insurance didn't cover (even though I had the same insurance for two years of sessions here, and it was always covered). My insurance company DID cover this, which I and they have proof of, and my insurance company also couldn't reach the billing department because THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER and won't respond to e-mails in a timely manner. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank since this billing department not only continues to ignore me but refuses to provide any sort of invoice, bill or proof that my insurance "didn't cover" two months of sessions. Also, they didn't even notify me or send me a bill--they just directly charged my card 5 times the amount they normally do without any explanation. I have bills and rent to pay. I can't afford that. This is ridiculous.
