I had previously micro bladed eyebrows. came to Mindy in October to get hybrid brows. she did one session and when I tried to book my second she told me it was too soon. To wait 6 months. Now she's told me that I already had 2 appts with her and if I want a touchup it's $350. she's insane. so I go to see if anyone else will complete this job bc my eyebrows are all dark and patchy and nope. that's the real issue. she screwed up and did them so dark that NOONE will redo these. I will need to do laser removal if I ever want normal looking brows. and she keeps lying and said I came for 2 sessions!! I'm already not an attractive female but Mindy made me look insane!! I found Mindy through Yelp after doing research I thought I would give her a call. After talking with her over the phone I KNEW she was the perfect fit for me. She made me feel extremely comfortable and fully educated on what exactly I was getting done. After filling in my eyebrows my entire life I knew it was time to give microblading a shot. MINDY CAME IN ON HER DAY OFF just to accommodate my schedule which I was extremely thankful for. Upon entering her shop it was absolutely beautiful. Her way of decorating is simply fabulous not to mention how truly clean it is. We went over the paperwork, she made sure all my questions were answered & we began the process. We spent about an hour and a half in front of the mirror perfecting the exact shape I wanted for my eyebrows. Found this place on Instagram after I saw that one of my favorite bloggers had her eyebrows microbladed here. I had ombré powder brows done about two years ago here in Sacramento, but it was fading (normal) and I wanted to try microblading. After messaging Mindy (owner) about getting my brows done, she provided me information on the procedure, price, and the do's and donts before and after the procedure. Her salon is 2 hours away from me, but I definitely wanted to try her so I went for it. When I came for my appointment, her salon was so cute and Mindy was very friendly. We discussed the shape, color and thickness I wanted and she really listens to you. After the procedure, I was pretty happy with the results. Of course, it was thicker and darker right after the procedure, but as It heels, it'll lighten up and look less thick. After about 4 weeks, I came in for my touch-up. She opened her own studio last year (if I didn't remember wrong). We got to know her through our photographer. She offered us very reasonable price. And within my affordable price range, she offered me a studio visit and planned things out in advance. I rarely wear any make-up in my daily life. So I had no clue what I really want. All I want is to look beautiful on my Big Day. Mindy made it come true. Before the day, she sent me Amazon links to recommend me to shop for some hair decorations since my hair is black and her braids won't show clearly in this case. I took the advice. On the day, she managed to make me look naturally as the way I am, but much more gorgeous and outstanding in a way the make-up could do. I had fake long eye lashes, highlighted cheek, soft-designed hair with decorations. The make-up and hair design was so beautiful and natural that all my friends were impressed by the look I had with make-up. Mindy's work went above and beyond my expectations. She really made my day!
