When you make an appointment you will receive an email with all the details including how to park (free). It's a cute salon with three tables. My lashes were applied in a quiet environment which is key. This procedure should be relaxing not like a crowded nail salon! This is my first time getting my lashes done in Atlanta and Tamia was amazing. I was going music festival in the desert and last minute decided I didn't want to have to deal with my falsies flying away, and booked a same day Appt. They showed up for it!! I have very thin, frail Asian lashes and she took the extra time to make sure that everything was impeccable even tho they were difficult to work with. And also she smells amazing, it was very relaxing haha! I received so many compliments since. Only thing was that the inner corners fell off pretty quickly within the week, but I chalk that up more to my delicate lashes than the work, bc Tamia definitely put in extra time on them. Update: Ashley has now reached out after seeing my review, and offered to have me come back to fix my lashes. As I explained to her at the time of service, I was only in town for 3 days. She stated that her phone was down for a bit/she was taking a training class that warranted her full attention. She also explained that her services only last around an hour, and the additional time is built in for issues such as tardiness, consultations, and changes. I would definitely recommend that she disclose this info on her site, because an experienced lash customer can tell what type of service they are going to receive by looking at the time listed for the service. I am currently at the 5 day point and I have only about 35% of my lashes left with significant shedding occurring every time they are brushed or touched. read more

My experience after visiting twice is that they are polite and pleasant in words but I would not recommend that you go. I would not recommend going because I didn't like the application of the lashes. As you can see in the advertisement pictures the lashes are all the same length straight across I don't think that looks natural. But the main reason I would not recommend it is because the adhesive that is used did not work for me. I have been wearing lashes for over ten years and I can usually keep my lashes on with a monthly fill. My former lash stylist says that the adhesive is go be placed on each lash individually and that when the cycle of the normal lash ends and the lash falls that is when the lash will fall out. Over ten years and no issues perfect experience. In this case I notice the lashes start to fall off on the same day. I was constantly seeing them in my bed, on my face etc. I even see that many of them are stuck together. I told her I would try her again. I went back and paid for another full set and same thing they started falling out immediately. Been a week and a half and I look like a scarecrow. I called her to tell her the issue her response was basically - too bad I only have a three day guarantee. My advice is try someone more experienced and that will actually care if your lashes are out. It costs her maybe 30 minutes and a few bucks to make me a a satisfied customer but she rather ask me to pay a third time. Lol no way. I went to a lash tech the previous day who didn't do a great job and some lashes were already falling out. Lashley was able to accommodate with a last minute appt and I was told to go on her website to do a transer fill in which was around $55 on her site. What I was NOT told was that I'd be charged as a transfer client. It wasn't till I got on the bed that I was told it would be $180 for a fill in as transfer. I said I'd rather not. The tech calls Ashley and says I'd be charged $145 for not getting the service done or no show fee. So I'd be charged if I stayed or charged if I left. All to fill in two spots on my eyes. It was a helpless situation. Thankfully, the tech was nice enough but it was disgusting to have been charged on my card by Ashley while the conversation was still going on. It was just a money hungry situation with zero empathy. Not going back. read more
