Very understanding, even when I was embarrassed by the sticky, layered mess that was my vehicle. I was able to see them cleaning it. They took everything out from my secret storage areas and cleaned. They got up on a ladder and hand-washed the top of my vehicle. I've added some pics. The before involved grease stains and spilled soda and who knows what other grossness. When I went out and saw it for the first time, I almost cried! I can't physically do it myself, so I was blown away by how amazing it looked. They got stains out i never thought would be clean. Brandon's company was able to fit us into their schedule on a Sunday afternoon. Mike, who was super thorough and very kind, arrived at our house around 1045. He then remained there for the next seven hours ripping our vehicle apart, scrubbing and polishing the inside and outside. He was able to get all the dog hair out, my kids' stained seats back to their original condition, and the entire vehicle shiny and glistening with clean. Due to the necessity of this one-shot cleaning, we opted for the max package, which was $415. I'm not going to lie, I choked a little when my wife told me how much. However, it was worth every penny. I said "one-shot" cleaning because we had one chance to get this right. On Sunday our vehicle was being cleaned and on Tuesday it was being processed by the government for overseas shipping. If it was not cleaned to their very strict, literally white-glove standard, they would turn us away and I truly don't have time for that. As the inspector opened our door to begin the inspection, his first words were, "Have you done this before?" After saying this, I responded "no" and proceeded to question why he asked such a thing. His remark was nothing short of stating how great the vehicle looked. In total, the inspection lasted a few minutes and he had nothing remotely negative to say about the condition of our vehicle. Mike was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to any questions I had about ceramic coating and it's whole process. The outcome had me speechless when Mike and his team were done with my car. I dropped off my VW MK7.5 GTI to get a full car ceramic coating, along with wheels and brake calipers. The results were fantastic and after a year, the coating still stand strong! Mike also gave me tips on how to keep up with the maintenance, so his guidance was very helpful and appreciative. The beading in the car from the System X ceramic coating is incredible, and I almost look forward to rainy days now. The water beads up, and just slides off the paint now, it's amazing.
