Pam helped me build my first flight. I always appreciate staff input when I'm new to a brewery and enjoy chatting them up about beer and breweries. Much thanks to Pam for amusing me w conversation since she does not drink. I was the first person in @ open but an hour later Pam was hustling!! She had three tables of people all lunching. She handled everyone like a true champ. Helpful hint: do not try to yell over to Pam, or staff from the other end of the bar if they're standing @ the south end of the bar, I couldn't hear it running but Pam would come over to me because she couldn't hear over the ice machine. Sorry. Upon glancing around I saw a $12 t-shirt rack, I din't ask if that was regular price or sale? I APPRECIATED that the shirts were: a 4X, 3X, two 2X and four smalls. Most brewery sale shirts are S or XS. I also purchased a sticker. \Molly did mention that the brewing was done downstairs where they also have a meeting room. There is an upstairs, however it's not available for use yet, it has to get up to code. I did notice they have an elevator! Service was fast, they have a nice dog friendly patio, but their food and beer was mediocre. Maybe I'm spoiled with all of the great breweries in Minneapolis, but I just didn't really like my beer! My sandwich was pretty good, and my boyfriends quinoa bowl was fine but he said it had no seasoning. All in all, probably won't go back but it wasn't a terrible experience.

While we know this is a brewery, they also serve batch cocktails, instead of a full bar. As for the coffee, I tried the carrot cake latte as per baristas recommendation and was really good! I got a 12 oz with an extra shot because I like my coffee flavor strong and it was perfect. The espresso has a bit of that bitter taste so if that's not what you like this probably isn't the coffee for you. My only reason for 4 stars is the price. My coffee was 8.92 with no tip so I paid $10 for a 2 shot drink today. I hope that once they have been running the coffee part for a while that the price can come down at least a dollar. Most extra shots are about 75 cents to 1 dollar at other coffee shops whereas it's 1.25 here. Will be back to try other specialty items!
