I don't usually expect a small town to have a distillery with an in house bourbon but I found one here! My wife and I popped in on a Saturday afternoon to check the place out. It is a huge space with all sorts of seating inside and out. They also have foosball and a shuffle board which are always nice. The drinks we had were also quite tasty. We tried the Bourbon Paloma, Cry Baby Bloody Mary, and Old Fashioned. All of them were quite tasty. The Old Fashioned was my favorite. The bourbon Paloma was also quite tasty. I think one thing that might make the drinks better would be some higher quality mixers. read more

The drinks were so good! I had the best slushy ever and the root beer float drink was awesome.

This was a cool find. A nice little gem in Faribault. Great atmosphere, decent prices, and good service. I thought for a place that only specializes in drinks they were decent but in my opinion they could have offered a little more variety. We would go back for sure but wouldn't be high priority like other places that do a similar thing. Definitely worth checking out. Live music and food truck was nice too! read more

This was a very pleasant surprise. I've had my eye on this place for a couple months, and today I was finally able to stop in. I'm not aware of any other cocktail bars in this part of the state. It's located in a large, old, two story building on the east side of downtown. The interior feels spacious, with lots of windows, It's got a classic old feel to it but still looks very nice. The path to the restrooms leads you down a hall away from the bar room and into another room. This room is unfinished and I'm sure there is no intention to do so. The restrooms, however are finished in similar décor as the bar room. There is a beer and wine place next door named Corks & Pints. The two businesses share a courtyard between them, and an event space in back. So they are able to host group events and I believe that Thursday is trivia night. Oh the cocktails?? The two I tried were fantastic. There are about 20 cocktails on the menu. The Apple Spiced Rum had an incredible depth of flavor, but was a little too sweet for me. It was like drinking a piece of apple crisp. My other drink was a Naked Mule and it was cocktail perfection. It was very well balanced. It had plenty of backbone but no bite. A very refreshing drink. I'll return again and again until I've tried them all, and who knows what new ones they will come up with by then! If you find yourself in the Faribault area and enjoy a well crafted cocktail, don't pass this up. read more

Nice to have a unique cocktail place so far from the cities for us "southerners!" Pros: Cool ambiance, super nice staff, and creative cocktails. Prices are great and they pour well! Cool seating areas and even have a back area with a band. Cons: If you're someone who, like myself, likes a good aged bourbon or whiskey, you're out of luck here. Not a lot of choices and only option for food is the food truck, if it's there, or popcorn (which is nice). Wouldn't make a special trip to go there, but wouldn't hesitate to stop if in the area. read more

Very good G&T's--good enough to remind me of the tropical resorts I used to frequent B.C. (Before Covid). This is a great after dinner, game, or movie stop. A distillery in a beautifully refurbished old building with a nice bar and comfortable chairs to kick back and be with friends. I am not a big whiskey or rum guy but our group had a mix of each variety and all were good. We had a basic whiskey on ice, a fruity rum punch, and a couple of hot apple rum (with cinnamon stick ) drinks. All were very tasty. Service was good. People are very friendly. The place has a TV, board games and encourages card playing. You can bring in food and even get a look into the distillery room. Our winter night might have been a little low key. They also have music and do food truck events. We look forward to stopping in again. read more

Spent a couple hours here for a bday party. Good potential but falls short. The good: Nice venue and ambiance. The bad:Small menu with little emphasis on their own liquors. No descriptions or anything "exciting" about their alcohols listed. If I come to a cocktail bar of all places, please don't poor a "craft" cocktail in a plastic cup for me. I want the presentation, the garnish, the story etc. Bartenders were very friendly but didn't "sell" me on their liquor. Music was awful. System of a Down? Nickel back? Evanescence? Cocktail bar? Haha no thanks. I am only being critical because I want this place to be better and it could be a 4-5 star place in the future. Felt like someone's hobby and not their profession as a mixologist. Again this place has a ton of potential and I hope the owners read this. I want to come back and give this place 5 stars. read more

Visited 10,000 Drops last night for some drinks with friends. First impression- awesome atmosphere and cool vibe. The decor was well thought out and really reflected the style they were going for. Exposed brick and wood beams- loved it. We ordered a variety of drinks and enjoyed them while listening to some live blues music. I give the atmosphere a 5/5, but I personally would give the drinks a 3.5, due to them not being my "style" and really boozy. If you enjoy whiskey, bourbon and rum, this is the place for you. The Rum Forrest Rum beverage was something I would return for, though. In the future, it would be awesome if they served a small appetizer menu. I would definitely check it out if you are in the Faribault area! read more

This place is a really nice addition to the area. Great atmosphere, with a modern feel and plenty of games to keep groups entertained. The cocktails are decently priced and tasty. I recommend the Stormy Spice. We recently spent several hours here on a Friday night, and it was steadily busy. Not sure what some of the other reviewers are referencing -- this place is a distillery and doesn't claim to be anything else! It's possible to order in food from local restaurants, and they sometimes have food trucks outside. All around would recommend, whether for happy hour or a night out. Been there twice, place really need to install some sound absorbing panels, as when just a few people it's very loud. Making conversation difficult! The product they are serving is very good! If they do some work on the sound they could be a great place to enjoy a drink ! read more

What a great place to visit. I went golfing with two friends in the South Metro and we decided to try out the distillery afterwards. This is an amazing building that they've done a fantastic job remodeling. Just touring the building is worth the visit. On top of that the variety of drinks and quality of the spirits is excellent. The food truck set up between the distillery and the adjacent brewery makes for a perfect setting. Can't recommend enough. read more

On a whim decided to look for a new distillery to try. . Who knew this was in Faribault , Mn. We didn't. both indoor and outdoor seating. Inside is beautiful with beams and little alcoves that house comfy seating arrangements. Outside is more seating. Jared (bartender) give us info about the distilling process and introduced us to the best Bloody, I have ever had. The other cocktail was equally creative and wonderful. The 30 min. drive from Lakeville was well worth it. Plan to introduce it to our friends. read more

This newer distillery is doing a great job and has created a wonderful space. The quality of the spirits is very high, with a focus on flavor. They do a single distillation. The new gin is top shelf with a balanced herbaceous profile while still maintaining a solid juniper note. The spiced rum is rife with high quality spices, and is again quite well balanced. The cocktails served in the great Victorian era factory/warehouse space are solid and not pretentious. It is a down to earth space that isn't just for the hipsters. Looking forward to when they roll out the barrel aged stuff. read more

We enjoyed the patio area. Ordering system was smooth and plenty of tables to spread out. The special slushy of the day was pina colada. So good! Was the perfect way to relax for an hour! The other drinks looked good as well but the slushy seemed to be the most popular. 5-7 dollars a drink. But they are well worth the price.
