I believe my primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Cox, and if I'm remembering correctly Dr. Cox is the one who referred me to a great lawyer, which worked out really well. I only saw Dr. Dan (Cox) during the first initial appointment back in 2012 and have been seeing various other doctors since then. You can request who you'd like to see, I'm just not that kind of person, and quite honestly, I've had a great experience with each and every single doctor here. I've made the mistake in not continuing my treatment when I'm feeling "good," and now after seeing Dr. Franco and Dr. Tom there recently I'm understanding more and more the importance of my neck and back "maintenance". In my situation, this is something I'll have to live with forever, but as long as I keep up with my appointments (down to once a month currently) I won't really be in much pain. When I stopped going for 6+ months, I would be in severe pain and would have to go 2-3 times a week at first just to get on the right track again. They will recommend that you get X-rays done (of course depending on your situation) before doing anything, which I love. The ladies at the front desk are usually the most pleasant and friendly people I've ever seen at a doctors office. Not only do you not usually have to wait long at all (10 min max for me, but I usually walk right back when I get there) but if you need a last minute appointment they can usually get you in the day of! I keep telling myself I'm going to try a chiropractor a block from my house since Clarence / Williamsville is so far for me, and hard to fit in my schedule, but they are really that great and I just can't fathom going anywhere else!

About 1.5 years ago, I fell while running up the stairs at work. I didn't think it was a big deal, but the following day, the pain was excruciating. Someone recommended that I see her chiropractor. After getting a history of both the recent incident and my history of back problems, Dr. Tony examined me, and then gave me an adjustment. Let me tell you - afterwards, my back felt better than at any time in the past 14 years! After a few more visits, he actually got me to the point where I really didn't even have to come anymore, because I was pain free. But every once in a while, if it started to bother me, I would come for treatment, which I really wouldn't have to do if I hadn't gained a lot of weight in the past year. But both Drs. Tony and Teresa know what they are doing! They are extremely knowledgeable about their field, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. They truly care about their patients and their health, and they do anything that they can to make sure that you get the care that you need. The only negative I have to say about this place is that they have limited hours of operation. They are closed on Thursday, and on Tuesday, they are only open for a half-day. I can usually only come after work, so I have to come on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, when they are open late (6 pm is usually their last appointment). But because of their limited hours, sometimes it gets busy, especially on Friday. This can lead to long waits, even with an appointment. But most of the time, that is not the case. Overall, they have a great practice, and I am definitely a satisfied regular patient. I would recommend them to anyone whose back, knees, neck, shoulder, or any other joint are bothering them.

I was able to set up my initially appointment the same week, which I thought was great! When I arrived, Kevin was a little backed up, but he made sure to let me know that so I was prepared. The place is clean and quaint, has a large waiting area, and several treatment rooms. When I finally got in the room with Kevin, we went over all the details of my visit and he made sure to ask all the pertinent questions and checked my joints, etc. to help him help me more effectively. Once he started treatment, he was very thorough and quick compared to other places I've been. He did explain what he was doing and also how he would let me rest while the needles did their work, but would check on me regularly. I always get so relaxed during treatment, and this time was no different. I was able to get a small nap in and felt so comfortable. At the end, he followed up with a ointment and quick massage, which is typical. He was a little rougher with that than I'm used to, but wasn't uncomfortable.
