What can I say. I called a couple of towing companies in the area. Couldn't get a direct answer for what I needed done. I called Miners Towing and the phone was answered very quickly. The office personnel to answer the phone was very professional and polite. She gave me a quote and I approved the price given in the quote. She gave me a timeline of when their wrecker would be to my location and I was OK with the time. The driver had shown up within half the amount of time that she'd given me for a ETA. Once the driver Eric was there. He called me and I came out of the truck stop where I was waiting, and I met him at my truck. Eric and I began to talk about the issues that I was having with my truck and where I wanted to go. He was very professional at his job and what he does. He took precaution in everything he done to make sure it was done correctly. If I'm ever in the area again, and need a tow this will be the first place i call for assistance. I had a blowout on my way to work and called my roadside assistance for a tow. While waiting for over an hour for their contracted tow company to respond, I saw a sign for Miners Towing. I called and the said they could arrive within 15 minutes. I called the contract tow company and cancelled. A Miner's tow truck arrived ten minutes later and towed my truck to my home. Wish I didn't have to even give one star. This afternoon my brother was in a car accident with his daughter in the back seat. His vehicle was towed by this company while they went to the ER. Once she was released I took her to get her softball gear. They said they needed permission for me to get in the vehicle so we called my SIL who was still at hospital. The woman proceeded to ask my SIL for a claim number or payment. She is still in the ER! It's a young girls equipment. That stuff costs more then the tow! Show some decency! I paid the bill so she could have it for practice. The lack of caring and compassion at this business is unbelievable. I do hope one day they realize that actions speak louder than words. read more

As Alex drove up I could see he was already assessing the situation and how to reverse it. He jumped out and got right to work and in no time what was $$$$ was now $ !!! I was involved in a accident in Sunset Hills. I was transported by ambulance. I'm a diamond and precious metals broker. I wouldn't let the ambulance leave until some of my employees showed up to take the cash, diamonds and precious metals from me. My employees made numerous trips to my truck before it was towed. Both confirmed (and I knew) that I had 2 ramps in the back of the truck that I use to get my sons go cart in my truck. When I get to Milner's towing to get the rest of my belongings out of my truck, the ramps were gone. I asked the attendant where my ramps were. He called the office and I was told that they took pictures at the scene and my ramps were not there. I asked to see the pictures and the driver conveniently forgot to take a picture of the bed of the truck so you could see any cargo. (This was lie #1. I asked to speak to an owner or a Manager and I was told that they were not there for the day. The next day I called to speak to the owner and I was AGAIN told that they weren't there. I called back and finally got a owner or Manager. I told her what happened and she said that they had video of my truck being pulled in and you can see Exactly what was in the bed. (Lie #2)), I told her that I was 5 minutes from the office and I want to see the video. When I got there there were 2 Sunset Hills police officers there. She again said that her video said nothing was in the truck (lie #3). I asked to see the video and to my surprise the cop said, "yes, let's see the video". When the video played you couldn't see inside the bed of the truck, eventhough the Manager stated 2 times that the video showed the cargo area. At that point I asked the offi9to write a report so I can make a claim against Milner's. He agreed that I should. I asked the Manager for her insurance information she refused to give it to me. Now I have to have my lawyer to handle it. Milner's literally robbed my truck while I was in the hospital. Do NOT let Milner's take your car. Tell the officer to contact another tow company. Miner's Towing is one of he most professional tow yards I've come across (I've worked 5yrs for a company dealing with many of them). From the moment I contacted them, through to the end of pick up, they were amazing. Most tow yards have the mindset of " I'm just here to get a check you're not my problem" but Miner's treated me with respect and was informative each time I called with questions on recovering my vehicle. All of the ladies I spoke with were inviting but Lisa in particular helped me with my biggest concern. I am forever grateful I met her. She even waited until I could start my car to make sure I didn't need a jump. I definitely don't plan on having my car impounded again! but if I had to lol well you know where this is going.....this is one place that for sure treats you with decency and respect. read more
