He got the car on the flatbed and took it to our mechanic why ch he knew too. I can't express how nice Andy was. He was able to get the car to have power to roll the windows up. He also sent us pictures of where he put our car. Andy and Alex are 2 great people to do business with with. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, that will be my first call. Thanks again! Reasonable price, and really friendly service. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I just want to say I was really impressed and happy with my overall tow experience with A2B. You always get worried working with any tow agency in terms of getting ripped off and bad overall experiences. But I called A2B, the dispatcher was very friendly over the phone, and did let us know they were backed up today and said it would be about an hour before someone could get to us (another company had already said it'd take them about 2 hours) and gave me a quote of under $100 all in to tow 5 miles. After confirming,, they took down my location, my destination, and my phone number. She then let me know I'd get a text letting my know when the driver was on their way and when they were 5 min out. Then I get an automated text confirming my tow. Less than 5 min later, a driver called me, to confirm my location, and get details on my car. Didn't have to wait an hour, great. I got a text saying he was on his way, then another text saying he was 5 min away. All in all, I waited about 20 min from calling to the driver arriving. The driver was super friendly, and very quick. The car got loaded onto the bed within 10 min of him showing up. I completed payment, which was the quoted price, and we were on our way. He took photos of the car before loading to confirm it's condition, loaded it, and was super quick to the garage we had the car towed to. I dare say he was faster than us. All I all it was super painless experience. I'm glad I took a change on A2B and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

i can't say enough good things about all night towing…read more i had called dave about a non running 1985 alfa romeo that i wanted brought to a shop. technically on a holiday. i called and asked when and if he'd be able to help. i called at 9am, dave showed up at 11am. i was amazed. dave backed the truck up perfectly up our narrow driveway, car went right up the flat bed, secured on, strap wrapped on to keep the loose hood from flying off and off they all went. met dave at the destination, again flawlessly backed the flat bed in the perfect location to be able to just push into the shop. personable, friendly, great service, top notch guy and seems to very much care about customer satisfaction highly recommended bonus points because it was pouring rain halfway through

Sixty minutes later he showed up and got the car started but it would not hold a charge. He brought a battery "just in case" but it did not fit properly, so Dave had to go back to where he got the battery from and took the dead battery out of my Kia to make sure the new one matched. He was back an hour later and installed the new battery and all was well. Dave is terrific...one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I kidded him how we all had towing service horror stories and that would not be in my future now that I have Dave on my speed dial. This probably would not have been an issue for someone who drives enough to replace tires every 5 years. Great to see the company stand behind their product and service. Bought a set of new tires from Andy Wurm in November 2015. I don't put a ton of miles on my vehicle. Tons of tread left on them. But I noticed that one of the tires developed a slow leak, so I took it to my local service station (I moved to Florida after buying the tires). Turns out 2 of the tires they sold me were made in 2011. So they were 4 years old when they sold them to me. That's roughly half the recommended life for a set of tires. So now I'm having to replace all of these tires 4 years sooner than I should have. No point in saying I'd never shop there again - as I live out of state. But really disappointed.
