They were also cost conscious for me, without me having to ask or say anything. I have had bad experiences with other dentists saying that I needed all kinds of work that was going to cost a fortune. But that was not the case here, and I felt that I could trust what they were saying was needed to be done. My hygienist, Suzette, and dentist, Dr. Hillstrom were absolutely fabulous! Our experience did not improve once we arrived. Nicole was unprofessional from the moment we met her and remained that way throughout our entire visit. Her demeanor was unfriendly, and her interactions with us lacked the courtesy, respect, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist.
