He is extremely personable and leaves a lasting impression considering patients don't talk with the dentist for too long during the cleaning appointment. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled not too long ago. I was just given some anesthesia. It was quick & easy! I was prescribed antibiotics and really did not need any painkillers because recovery was not bad at all. Even got a phone call from Dr. Kung checking how I was doing. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and up front. They were also cost conscious for me, without me having to ask or say anything. I have had bad experiences with other dentists saying that I needed all kinds of work that was going to cost a fortune. But that was not the case here, and I felt that I could trust what they were saying was needed to be done. My hygienist, Suzette, and dentist, Dr. Hillstrom were absolutely fabulous! I am so happy to finally have a great dentist and hygienist again! Love this place!

I immediately tried to explain that I had already paid in November 2024 for my two dental crowns, but she kept repeating that there was no record of any payment. This all happened in front of other patients, which was humiliating and stressful, especially knowing I was right. At one point, I mentioned that I had just paid $5,000 for an upcoming surgery, and her response was, "Oh, congratulations." I found that comment incredibly insensitive and unprofessional, given the seriousness of my situation. I said is nothing to congratulate me for a mayor back surgery, and she responded oh well my husband has one of those . Eventually, I told her to call me once she had proper documentation showing that I owed anything and left the office. About twenty minutes later, I received a call from Stacy letting me know that it had been a mistake and that I didn't owe anything after all. The least the manager could have done was to call me herself and apologize for her behavior. Because of this experience, I will never return to this office. No patient should have to deal with that level of disrespect or lack of professionalism.

Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal.
