Although my English is not as good as a native speaker, it could not stop me from writing the following because I really want to provide hope and faith to someone like me who has severe tinnitus. In addition, I want to share with you how to get better through both acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicine of Dr. Zhao. I have been suffering from tinnitus for ten months. The symptoms of my tinnitus are complicated which the sound in my left ear is low tone such as buzzing and the sound in my right ear is high tone just like normal ringing. This "symphony" had completely ruined my life. First of all, the loud noise made me unable to sleep. This is my first time writing any review because I want to show my appreciation to Dr. Zhao and to share my experience to those who need helps. I have been diagnosed with 5mm herniated disc problem which pressed on my nerve root, thus causing horrific pain from my back down to my leg and toes (sciatica). This pain was so severe (pain level 8/9 at times) that even pain killers and prescribed pain killers would not help. Pain level 8/9 to me is like when I had my C-section and after the surgery, I did not take any pain medicine. At the beginning of having this problem, it took me 25 min to get out of bed, 20 min standstill before I could even move. I could not walk, stand, sit nor sleep without constant pain ranging from level 4-9. I was desperate to find a cure without surgery nor steroid shot; I traveled to Anaheim, Walnut, Pasadena, Rosemead, Arcadia etc. to see doctors. I had seen 12 doctors including Orthopedic, acupuncturist, physiatrist, several physical therapists and chiropractors and none could helped me to fully recovered until I was treated by doctor Zhao. I have felt severe chest pains for the past several months. Dr Zhao and Vicki are awesome. They make you feel comfortable, give you time to discuss your visit, explain their process, and are incredibly efficient and effective in their treatment (about an hour from in take through treatment). I fell the week before and had been battling back strains and debilitating tightness for the past 4 months. A close friend with acupressure background saw my condition and immediately gave me Dr Zhao's contact. I walked in unable to bend over well, and wasn't able to to turn my head to either side past 15 degrees (a full turn to the side being 90). After my first session, my lower and middle back were in great shape, and my shoulders and neck carried less tightness and less of the sharp nerve pain that came with any movement. After my second session, I have almost full mobility back with only a little pain and stiffness. Not waking up and night and exercising without further strain--in fact, I'm improving with mobility. Dr. Zhao successfully treated my hyperthyroidism. I developed swelling in my feet, ankles & calves. My resting heart rate went up to 116. Severe hand tremors.
