So I was trying to decide an honest review because honestly most of my food was really good. I definitely plan on ordering again in hopes that I get a better pairing. We wanted quick, local Chinese takeout without ordering from multiple places as I have standards as far as Chinese food goes; for example I'm not down with rubbery chicken that feels like you're chewing on a wad of fatty bubble gum. Pros: delicious sweet and sour chicken (made with real legit chicken), good crab Rangoon, huge portions and great prices. Timely- only a 15 minute turnaround. Cons: the wonton soup had a different taste and the noodles were a bit thick for my liking; I like the noodle portion to float in the broth like a butterfly through the air. It was definitely edible, just not my favorite. The veggie lo mein was good but also had a unique flavor that I wasn't crazy about (mushroom like) and had a little bit of spice. Next time I order I will try another variation of the lo mein, and definitely re-order the sweet and sour chicken. I think that after trying a few different items I can come to really like this place. I'm hoping to try soon to bump up to 4 stars, as this was really a 3.5. read more

Worst Lomein and rice i ever tasted it was so bland i threw the whole lunch out i won't ever go back there

We ordered 3 meals, came in less than 45 minutes, and tasted great! We got the general tso's chicken and low mein with egg rolls.

Food is great and staff is always very friendly. They deliver if your order is above 25.00. I ordered the house LoMein and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered sesame chicken also a hit. Definitely ordering again! read more

Place is a small hole in the wall restaurant but the food was really good and reasonably priced. The owners were always friendly and fast. It's a to go place no sit in seating. Place isn't fanciest or cleanest but it's good for to go Chinese. Good. I will go back and have been back multiple times. read more

I ordered a lunch combo with crab Rangoons and was charged $19.44. they did not give me a receipt. They took more than an hour and went to the wrong address. The food cot to me cold with a flat soda and I called to ask for a receipt and the worker hung up on me. I called again to ask about the receipt and the lunch special I saw and I was told that she's too busy and there's no special the price was $8.50 and hung up again. 3 and a half stars. Not bad for the money. The food here is not the best Chinese in town, nor is it the worst. It's pretty average, but it's not very expensive (you get what you pay for?) and they deliver, which is the biggest selling point. I do usually tend to get headaches after I eat from here but that's a trade off I'm willing to risk. The food usually tends to taste alright. The wonton soup is usually flavorful, and the sweet and sour chicken is nice and crispy on the outside although maybe not fully cooked on the inside (a sign of the cooking temperature being too hot). I do think this place makes the best sesame chicken around, though. If you're craving Chinese and need it delivered to you, this place fits the bill perfectly to suit your needs. read more

Not impressive. The Tofu veggie soup was very bland, there was very little chicken in the Szechuan chicken dish, the shrimp dumping were small and tasteless. I would not reorder. This was a delivered dinner. read more

Well, we used to be pretty solid customers. Not anymore. Ordered, and while in the middle if dinner, we found a bug. Called and told them to come get the food and why. Asked for refund. They came and picked up food, I advised them that we were in the middle of eating and found the bug. He then asked me to pay for what we ate. Seriously? Um. No. Never ever again. It will probably be a long time before we even eat this type of cuisine again......but certainly will never order from there again....EVER. 2 kids currently throwing up from disgust since they were both eating from the container with the bug.... read more

If I could give this raggedy run down dirty restaurant 0 stars I would! I've been being so patient with these people they have forgotten items of my food multiple times , I would order egg foo young, there would be no rice or no sauce. I would order chicken wings and rice they won't send me any rice . (Basically charging me for everything I ordered and only send me half of my order) I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes just for rice! I also ordered ribs and it tastes DISGUSTING like they were spoiled meat. Do not waste ur money with these scum balls! For quick and cheap Chinese food it is worthy of 4 stars. Every time I have ordered take away (always in person) I note how clean the place is...someone's always sweeping and wiping down surfaces. Is it the best? No. But, again, for quick and cheap, YES. Good. Better than many others. read more

Really unsanitary and gross on the inside. The food was so awful too. They had the worst chicken and broccoli I have ever had and the egg roll was god awful too. You are much better off just going to Double Dragon. Double Dragon still is unsanitary but the food is much tastier. Do NOT waste your money here. I wasted $20 for no reason. Have tried this place since it's so close to me, always giving them their "second chance", then "third chance", then their, "fourth chance"...Never fails to disappoint. Sauces taste watery and bland with no flavor. At all. They can't even get egg drop soup right. How can you miss the mark on egg drop soup?!?! First off, I'd like to start by saying my experience with this business was so poor, that I created a yelp account just to add a review to google maps. First off, I made an order to be delivered to a business 4 blocks away. The lady said she would call me back so the delivery guy could ask me for the address. When I got the call back, the delivery man YELLED AT ME WITH ANGER because he couldn't understand the address I was saying. He hung up on me as soon as he finally understood the address. When I called back to give him my card number, he had a lot of attitude. The food was terrible. Worst Chinese I've had before. The rice was dry and tasted like old oil. Take out only. Large portions, pretty lousy food. Watery. Flavorless. Overcooked. Hard to tell if the premises are clean because everything is so old and worn out. You can see the stove from the counter but not the prep area. The open shelves that you can see are cluttered with heaps of paper bags and random clutter. I am new to the area. I called this restaurant and placed an order for delivery. I waited and waited and the food never arrived. I called back to check on the order and the people were very rude. They told me that my address did not exist. I could not believe their attitude even after I explained it was a new residential building. This has to be the worst Chinese take out restaurant in upstate New York. The food is sub-par and they often get take out orders wrong, which isn't discovered until you're already either back home or at work. This time, however, the food was not only quite below average, but there was a piece of metal in the food. I'm not sure if it was a staple, or a piece of wire, but I'm certainly glad I detected it before I swallowed it. This place is permanently off my list. Avoid this place!!! read more
